★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já jsem byla spokojená. Doporučuji jít třeba v pátek k večeru, kdy je minimum zákazníků. Paní na přepážce milá, poradila, vše v naprostém pořádku.
 I was satisfied. I recommend going to Friday evening, for example, when there is a minimum of customers. The lady at the counter nice, she advised, everything was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Občas si tedy, než něco uděláte, přečtete recenze, přemýšlíte a stejně se rozhodnete s tím, že o vás tady nejde. Neříkám, že to bylo štěstí, ale byla jsem mile překvapena obsluhou, škoda, že jsem nepoznala jméno zaměstnance, kterému bych chtěl poděkovat za poskytnutou pomoc a skvělé plnění služebních povinností. Doporučuji tuto pobočku!
So sometimes, before you do anything, you read the reviews, think and still decide that it's not about you. I'm not saying it was lucky, but I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, it's a pity I didn't know the name of the employee I would like to thank for the help and great service. I recommend this branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na žádné jiné pražské poště jsem nezažila opakovaně tak nepříjemnou obsluhu. Vždy se snažím být rychlá, stručná a hlavně milá, ale dámy tady práce očividně vyloženě obtěžuje a pak si to odskáčou zákazníci, jako bychom za to mohli my. Škoda slov.
I have not experienced such unpleasant service repeatedly at any other Prague post office. I always try to be fast, concise and most importantly nice, but the ladies here obviously annoy the work and then the customers bounce it off, as if we were to blame. Waste of words.
