The internet didn't work for more than a week, the communication with the master on the line was terrible, no one takes over the letters at their address.

Pokud chcete řešit spoustu nesmyslů a ztrácet čas s firmou, která vůbec nefunguje. Prosím jinak doporučuji volit jiného poskytovatele. To nemluvím o tom, že internet věčně nefungoval. Internet nejde od února, ale platby prý budou vymáhat do teď - přišlo v dopisu bez uvedeni jména a kontaktu na pracovnika.telefon uvedený na stránkách nefunguje, na email nereagují. Našla jsem podle IČO název nové firmy- Kdyně net. Už 8 dní čekám na odpověď po dvou mých telefonátech. Katastrofa! Zvažuji právní cestu. The company changed owner and name. The Internet has not been running since February, but it is said that payments will be enforced until now - it came in a letter without giving the name and contact to the employee. The phone listed on the website does not work, they do not respond to email. According to the ID number, I found the name of the new company - Kdyně net. I've been waiting for an answer after two of my phone calls for 8 days. Catastrophe! I'm considering a legal path.
