I did not like that they do not have everything from the new collection and it came to me that they have older collections, but the girls who work there were very nice, just give employees 3 stars.

Poprvé v životě jsem šel něco reklamovat a bál jsem se, že se budu dohadovat s prodavači, na čí straně je chyba. Byl jsem mile překvapen. Paní prodavačky (Miriam a Viktorie) byly velice milé, vstřícné a přátelské! Uznaly, že je to výrobní chyba, se kterou se ještě nesetkaly a okamžitě mi nabídly spoustu možností, jak mi vyjít vstříc. Pochválily mne, že se o své boty dobře starám a bez problému se mnou sepsaly reklamační protokol, během toho jsme si příjemně popovídali. Opravdu musím říct, že nejen nákupy, ale dokonce i reklamace v Dolce & Gabbana může být příjemný zážitek. Dolce & Gabbana má snad ten nejlepší zákaznický servis na Pařížské, opravdu doporučuji! :) Most people here write a compliment when buying, I would like to write my experience of complaints. For the first time in my life, I went to complain about something and I was afraid that I would argue with the sellers, whose side is the mistake. I was pleasantly surprised. The saleswoman (Miriam and Viktorie) was very nice, helpful and friendly! They acknowledged that it was a manufacturing error they had not encountered before and immediately offered me plenty of options to meet my needs. They praised me for taking good care of my shoes and wrote a complaint report to me without any problems, during which we had a pleasant chat. I really have to say that not only shopping, but even complaints at Dolce & Gabbana can be a pleasant experience. Dolce & Gabbana has perhaps the best customer service in Paris, I really recommend! :)

So sorry that this shop did not extend the hospitality of the city of Prague on this day. Luckily I wasn't having a heart attack.
