Později jej získal královský rychtář Šimon Petr Oulík z Třebenic, kterému jej císař roku 1628 osvobodil od daně a zapsal do zemských desek. Od roku 1650 byl dům opatřen deskou s ochranným nápisem Salva guardia, který jej měl chránit před požadavky procházejících armád. Dnes hotel SALVA.
Palace House, built by the Italian builder Ambrosio Balli for the Divis family in 1564. Later it was acquired by royal reeve Simon Petr Oulik of Trebenice, who was liberated by the Emperor in 1628 and enrolled in the provincial records. Since 1650, the house has been fitted with a Salva guardia guard plate to protect it from the demands of the passing armies. Today Hotel SALVA.
