Je obklopeno sopečnými vrcholy známých kopců ze zápisů Karla Hynka Máchy - Radobýlem, Lovošem, Milešovkou, Košťálovem, Kamýkem a pamětihodnou horou Říp. Ve městě je řada historických budov s nádhernými štukami i sgrafity. Náměstí má uprostřed Morový sloup, po stranách jsou dvě kašny s chrliči ve tvaru ,, delfínů". Lemují ji měšťanské domy s podloubími, starou radnicí(nyní muzeem) , Novou radnicí s vyhlídkovou věží ve tvaru kalicha na víno - symbolem vinohradnictví, které patří mezi nejsevernější v pěstování vynikajících vín. Ve JV rohu náměstí je Kostel Všech svatých a v SZ stojí dům U Pěti panen s nejvýznamnější barokní fasádou v Ltm. Ve městě najdete i Hrad, který je nyní muzeem vinohradnictví. Dříve sloužil jako přepřahací stanice dostavníků. Mnoho dalšího objevíte při návštěvě třeba Zahrady Čech - výstavy produktů kraje nebo Vinobraní či jiné příležitosti. V létě například na koupališti nebo na procházce přes most nad soutokem Labe a Ohře do blízkého Terezína- pevnosti, známého jako koncentrační tábor ve 2.sv. válce. Pro děti je mnoho zábavy v městském parku , na Mostné hoře s rozhlednou atd. Přijeďte, jistě se potěšíte a budete se vracet ! Litoměřice is a royal town with Magdeburg law and now a cultural monument reserve. It lies at the confluence of the Elbe and Ohře rivers, in the picturesque area of the Bohemian Central Mountains, Porta Bohemika, one of the oldest and most beautiful towns in Bohemia. It is surrounded by volcanic peaks of famous hills from the records of Karel Hynek Mácha - Radobýl, Lovoš, Milešovka, Košťálov, Kamýk and the memorable mountain Říp. The city has a number of historic buildings with beautiful stucco and sgraffito. The square has a Plague Column in the middle, on the sides are two fountains with gargoyles in the shape of "dolphins". It is lined with burgher houses with arcades, the old town hall (now a museum), the New Town Hall with a lookout tower in the shape of a wine goblet - a symbol of viticulture. In the SE corner of the square is the Church of All Saints and in the NW stands the U Pěti panen house with the most important Baroque façade in Ltm. Na památku a z vděčnosti za překonání této morové epidemie, při níž zemřelo asi 400 osob, bylo v letech 1681-85 dle návrhu Giulia Broggia sochařem Abrahamem Kitzingerem z Děčína a litoměřickými kameníky Andreasem Koldererem a Ambrožem (Ambrosio) Waldem postaveno barokní sousoší. Mariánský sloup byl vysvěcen již 13.4. 1681. Na jeho vrcholu je umístěna Immaculata, což je ikonografický typ P.Marie stojící na půlměsíci a zeměkouli s ovinutým hadem jako symbolem dědičného hříchu. Na postranních soklech jsou umístěny sochy patronů proti moru: sv.Rocha, Šebestiána, Bartoloměje a Františka Xaverského. In 1680, the city, as well as the whole country, suffered a great plague.
