★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Památkově chráněná funcionalistická dvojvila je skeletové konstrukce s plochou střechou. Byla navržena v roce 1929 Ludvíkem Hilgertem (1895 - 1967)... Je zajímavé, že tento významný architekt, žák Josipa Plečnika, získal za svoji tvorbu čestný titul ing. arch., i když nebyl absolventem vysoké školy.
 The listed functionalist double villa is a skeleton structure with a flat roof. It was designed in 1929 by Ludwig Hilgert (1895 - 1967) ... It is interesting that this important architect, a student of Josip Plečnik, was awarded the honorary title of ing. Arch.
