S	Serap korucu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is is a good and very clean hotel. I advise everyone. Is has wonderfull breakfast. Also personells are polite and hepfull (I want to thank to Mr. Adnan for his helps us).
E	Ehsan ul Haq Zaffar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reaching EA Hotel Downtown we were met with a sign that this “hotel is closed until further notice, you will be accommodated in EA Hotel NewTown”. We were not informed before arrival of this change. As our ride already left we had to drag our bags to new hotel with 2 kids. Which luckily was not far away. After checking in to rooms 212 and 214 we kept waiting for comfort which never came. Rooms were getting warmer and warmer. Outside temperature was 20/21 Degree C. But by 10 pm our room temperatures were 27.3 and 27.8. We urged reception staff to help us but they simply said that they can’t do anything, as this is a problem for whole building. And they can not shift us to another hotel either. And same story repeated every night of our stay. While our 2 and 8 year old kids kept crying because of heat, and could not sleep. Which means we could not sleep either. A Hotel’s primary business is to provide a place to sleep. Every thing else revolves around it. And because we could not sleep well for any of three nights we were at EA Hotel Newtown. I feel that we spent our money to buy stress and restlessness.
A	A. B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was close to the center, the beds were made fresh daily. The bathroom was ok. Unfortunately in our room 107 the ventilation or similar was broken? Here the ventilation hummed day and night, which was very annoying in the evening or at night. You should check this Breakfast was ok - but nothing special to remember.
I	István Kozma (Koi) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A regular 4 star downtown hotel, in a noisy neighborhood (and unfortunately with old windows). Another unpleasant surprise - especially in these times - was that they forgot to clean our toilet and had to ask for it extra before daring to use it. Otherwise excellent breakfast selection from around 7-10 and very convenient check out time of 12:00.

Two hot bottles of water for each 140 CZK (6€) A kettle that isn't clean with sugar coffee and tea for an extra of 60 CZK (2€) Towels are smooth and beds as well. Very loud street down there and no phonic insulation. For one night it's ok but if you want to sleep, not much. I will go for breakfast and tell you more about this in an actualisation. For now it stands by 3/5 and I'm generous. The breakfast is great ! Continental breakfast The eggs are so smooth and the Assam special is terrific.
B	Bence Movik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying in EA Hotel Sonata for 2 nights but we parked our car in EA Hotel Downtown, because Sonata booked a parking spot there. When we arrived to the hotel they told us that we have a place there. We tried to park our car but the receptionist was extremely rude with us, his attitude was unacceptable. We have to wait for at least 40 minutes on the street, nevertheless they just had to push one button to open the gates to the parking lot. On the next day he also made rude comments on us, and for the last day we asked in Sonata if we can leave our car for a little longer than 12:00. They kindly agreed on that, and told that we can leave the car for 16:00. We would like to doublecheck in Downtown and guess what, the receptionist told us that we have to leave at 12:00 he didn't care what the other receptionist told us in our hotel. (Anyway I would presume that they are colleagues just not in the same hotel) I would not recommend that hotel to anyone. I am truly sad about his actions.
