s	sylvie puech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartement très agréable avec 2 critiques aucun éclairage sur la terrasse et le salon séjour à l exception de deux guirlandes !!! et la propriétaire qui refusait de donner au moins un deuxième trousseau de clés. Étant 3 adultes il a fallu gérer en laissant les clés sous le paillasson avec les risques. Ces deux points modifiés tout serait très bien Very pleasant apartment with 2 reviews no lighting on the terrace and the living room except for two garlands !!! and the owner who refused to give at least a second set of keys. Being 3 adults we had to manage by leaving the keys under the doormat with the risks. These two points changed, everything would be fine

R	Raheel Javaid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst property management company I have ever come across; they might be good for the property owner but they treat the guests badly. It’s because of them my vacation in Prague got ruined. The apartment that they rented to me had lights that didn’t work (sitting in the dark as we speak), the shower door was broken and came off when I was about to use the shower. When I contacted the company they offered me to send the handyman who either I would have to wait for and schedule to meet, which I didn’t want to do, or they will come to the apartment while I wasn’t there and I would be responsible for my things inside the apartment. The process of getting access to apartment was a cumbersome process as well and the response was always delayed. I had to make several phone calls to get in touch with the right person. The process also required me to provide them with too much unnecessary information about me and my arrival and they weren’t flexible at all; it felt like at any point they can and will choose to not give me access to the place that I had already paid for through Airbnb. Plus I didn’t know until the last minute how and where I would get the keys to the place. Lastly they have hidden costs for different check in times which they fail to put in the initial advertisement.

They managed so badly these flats ( too big groups, parties, noise … police coming regularly) that all other owners of flat got very angry at any tourist that showed up in our building. After just one year, they had to stop this short term rental service, and now our building is so quiet as before … I would not recommend their services neither for tourists nor for property owners !!
