★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěla jsem si nechat udělat nová skla do brýlí, paní se mě ani nezeptala, jakou mám představu, nedostala jsem žádnou nabídku, sama za mě vybrala nějaká skla, ani jsem nevěděla jaká, jestli mají filtry, z jakého jsou materiálu, nic... kdybych se jí sama nezeptala, nevím nic. Beze slova vyplnila papír a dala k podpisu. S díky jsem odešla ke konkurenci, kde jsem zvyklá na nějaký servis k zakaznikovi, kde mi poradí, pomůžou vybrat nejlepší variantu a komunikují. Nejsem náročný zákazník, ale pokud si jdu koupit nějaký produkt, ráda bych věděla alespoň základní informace.
 I wanted to get a new glass in my glasses, the lady didn't even ask me what I was thinking, I didn't get any offer, she chose some glass for me, I didn't know what, if they had filters, what material they were, nothing ... if I didn't ask her, I don't know anything. Without a word, she filled the paper and gave it to her signature. Thanks to me, I went to the competition where I am used to some customer service where they can help me choose the best option and communicate. I am not a demanding customer, but if I go to buy a product, I would like to know at least some basic information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S optikou jsem naprosto spokojen. Milá a ochotná obsluha. Vše co jsem potřeboval vědět mi vysvětlili. Eiffel optic patří mezi levnější optiky. Přesto je velice kvalitní a má časté slevové akce.
I am absolutely satisfied with the optics. Nice and helpful service. Everything I needed to know explained to me. Eiffel optic is one of the cheaper optics. Nevertheless, it is of high quality and has frequent discounts.
