For us simply do not recommend this optics .....

Great care for small children. We underwent examinations with little twins, less than 3 years old, and they all had a very nice attitude. After a visit where my eyesight and eye function were thoroughly examined on countless devices (including images of nerves and retina!), I can state that this care is at a much higher level than in chains of Prague opticians (unfortunately I speak from personal experience). As evidence, I take the finding of the risk of glaucoma, which has not yet been diagnosed due to incomplete eye examination (fortunately, the prescribed drops completely prevent glaucoma). The optometric examination was also much more thorough and of good quality. I was honestly pleasantly surprised by the test for color deviation in the eye (new to me so far). The subsequent selection of glasses satisfied me as a technique, for interest I will mention titanium glasses for greater flexibility and durability + thinner rims (my choice), or glasses with magnetic attachment of the filter against the sun, etc. Unlike the Prague opticians, it was clear that the offer is not focused on vacuuming the wallet, but the customer pays adequately for the quality. You can choose from a wide range of designs, materials in all price categories. The selection of glasses went smoothly, there are several types of thinning to choose from, or different filter layers (for example, blocking blue light from screens, etc.). As an accessory, I chose a snap-on sunscreen filter for glasses (the filter is made to measure for specific glasses), which I tested at the branch with glasses before buying. In conclusion, therefore, I can say that I am extremely satisfied with the visit and I can only recommend. It is necessary to add that one has to spend more time on the examination and there is a larger number of patients in the waiting room, but this can be understood and expected in the context of quality care. Plus a practical tip: to be queued, there is a vending machine in the waiting room where you just need to insert a health insurance card and the nurses will take care of the person, it's not complicated :)

Then fly around the roundabout, wait in line at the post office twice and then 3 trips to the city hall. Thank you for assigning problems, both time, money and 125 km. Grabbing people in the driver's license and personal data is understandable to general practitioners but not specialists. You are not obliged to rummage in the driver's license. (find out if a person has it at all, as a specialist). I'm also quite uncomfortable with what you find out about people completely unnecessarily. This mainly serves as a warning to others not to give you problems, as I have already visited about four different vision specialists and none of them have caused me such problems. And so that others do not have to deal with this and deal with it, if necessary, with a general practitioner. You told me, "Then complain about me." Well ... I'm not complaining, I'm just evaluating. This ended the whole debate, even when I said that I just would not want to report somewhere. I recommend taming your active approach on some things. You don't have to do this, as specialists never do, the rest is just lust and an active approach to doing patient problems, even if they indicate that they don't want to. 1/5 I at least consider that you tried to maintain a professional approach to the test and put the condition at least lenses or glasses, no, only glasses, which I do not know if it would happen if I did not object to this action.
