Využila som radšej služby tejto istej optiky na pobočke v Prahe Arrogant attitude of the employee. When asked to measure her vision / possibly order, she told me that they did not have a single optician that I should go elsewhere. I preferred to use the services of the same optician at the branch in Prague

Raději vás pošlou ke konkurenci, protože jsou to jen prodejci zboží. If you do not have glasses from them, do not expect helpfulness. Unfortunately, neither business spirit nor professionalism. They prefer to send you to the competition, because they are just sellers of goods.
