Our stay at Hotel Eliska was disastrous. As for food, we had a choice of three-course dinner from the local "restaurant". The first dinner was assigned to us, because the cook did not know what to eat. We got cold food on the table, taken out of the microwave. So when I said to the receptionist that the food was cold, she said that she couldn't bear the plate, how hot it was. She hadn't spoken to us ever since, and when we greeted her, she turned her head to the side. Fortunately, we could choose the second dinner. Well, we got the same food on the table as the previous day. The food was terrible. To drink we could have either lemon water or tea. The breakfasts were still, although there was little choice. The restaurant was not actually a restaurant, we could not order any drinks or anything else. And the prepared dinners were disgraceful. What I have to praise is the cleanliness of the hotel and peace of mind. I would also like to commend the masseur to his colleague, they were very pleasant. We will definitely not forget the experience of Hotel Eliska, it was the worst hotel we have ever visited.

Hotel Eliska is generally not bad, the staff is friendly and helpful, they try hard to please their guests, but I think that the hotel doesn’t correspond to 4, there are some comments: old bathrobes and towels, in the room the curtains and bedspread on the bed are also old (view old rags). The price is not cheap and then a better service is expected this is a 4 star hotel but is closer to a 2 star! The cleaning was substandard and on the verge of poor.
