★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach fünf Stunden Wartezeit in einer sehr langen Schlange wurden wir informiert, dass die neue Reisepässe bis ein und halb Jahre dauern können.
Wir sid aus München nach Berlin gefahren um die Reisepässe zu verlängern. Per E-Mail hatten Sie gesagt, wir sollen nur hinkommen.
Das ist die schlechte Service in der ganzen Welt. In keiner Bootschafft muss man zu lange warten.
After five hours of waiting in a very long line, we were informed that the new passports could take up to a year and a half.
We drove from Munich to Berlin to extend our passports. You said in an e-mail that we should only come there.
This is the bad service in the whole world. You don't have to wait too long in any boat.
