★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišli jsme v pátek v 9, před námi 13 lidí a čekali jsme asi 40 minut. Důležité dvě věci z jednohvězdičkových recenzí:
1. Ano, paní jsou velmi nepříjemné a neochotné.
2. Ano, když si přečtete asi dva krátké odstavce z webu ambasády, co máte mít, nebudete mít sebemenší problém a za minutu máte vše vyřízeno.
TIP: nával je hlavně když otvírají, ke konci naprosto prázdno!
Mimojiné, my Češi jsme zvyklí na ,,svobodu", ale jedete do Číny. Je to jiný stát, mají jiné státní zřízení. Připravte se na to, že oni zkrátka chtějí vědět, kde a jak dlouho budete (alespoň na papíře) :))
 We arrived on Friday at 9, 13 people in front of us and we waited for about 40 minutes. Important two things from one star reviews:
1. Yes, the ladies are very uncomfortable and reluctant.
2. Yes, if you read about two short paragraphs from the embassy website, what you should have, you will not have the slightest problem and you have everything done in a minute.
TIP: the rush is mainly empty when they open, at the end!
By the way, we Czechs are used to "freedom", but you go to China. It's a different state, they have a different state. )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I have seen in an embassy, really bad attitude from the ladies who need to attend you, plus only ONE speaks English and if you are lucky to get to "czech speaking" window then you need to wait extra time till the lady who speak English can help you, which is unacceptable as Chinese Embassy is Chinese territory how is it possible that you have people in the customer service who doesn't speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't visited yet but the customer service on the phone has been very unpleasant :( It is impossible to get anybody from visa department to talk to, I've been trying for a week. Eventually talked to front office who transferred my call and left me waiting on hold forever. I called again, they put me on hold. Unbelievable :(

People who are moaning about waiting for the queue are just utterly pathetic. Don't you already get used to waiting in the queue to get your sausages at the meat counter in Albert?
If you can queue for your important sausages while I am sure you shluld be able to queue for your visa or passport. Be civil.
