★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here twice to report lost ID and get a new one - the ladies at counters were nice and helpful. It only took like 30 minutes waiting the first time. Next time I booked online and went straight. I got the ID in about a week.

But once you get an appointment, it is really pleasant experience, everyone is nice, polite, even joking :), after a call I got back asking about info on their web site I was quite very sceptical, but was really surprised after visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the COVID pandemic, it is mandatory to have a reservation for anything you want. Next available open spot for reservation? In 4 months and 2 days! Solution? Take two days off at work and travel via train, and you can do it faster in Slovakia. Do not forget that you will also have to travel to Slovakia again to pick up the documents, because they do not send them abroad (even to own embassies). Unbelievable!
