★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto krásnou vilu si architekt Jan Koula, přední představitel historismu, známý svojí dřevěnou Českou chalupou z Jubilejní výstavy z roku 1891 a Rychtou z Národopisné výstavy z roku 1895, postavil v letech 1895 - 1896. Ovlivněn byl lidovým stavitelstvím a řemesly, později přešel k secesi. Dům je inspirován anglickým rodinným domem s halou jako reprezentačním prostorem, strmá sedlová střecha, dřevěné vyřezávané ornamenty a sgrafita, to je to, co na domě zaujme.
 The architect Jan Koula, a leading figure in historicism, known for his wooden Czech cottage from the Jubilee Exhibition from 1891 and Rychta from the Ethnographic Exhibition from 1895, built this beautiful villa between 1895 and 1896. It was influenced by folk architecture and crafts, later converted to Art Nouveau. . The house is inspired by an English family house with a hall as a representative space, a steep gabled roof, wooden carved ornaments and sgraffito, which is what attracts the house.
