Can't say I heard anything but the fountain looked nice.

Simple but I like the panorama view for Prageu

You have to listen from under the fountain and then you will hear the bells of Prague’s churches.

The park is fantastic. The singing fountain is a bit of a stretch there is no music as one might expect.

Fantastic and classic landscape site,the entrance has only one soldier to check tourisms and take time,but after crowded line the fountain and palace make u relax

The Belveder Summer Palace was built by Emperor Ferdinand I of Hapsburg for his wife, Anna Jagellon. In 1562 he decided to add a Renaissance fountain in front of it. He entrusted the design to court painter Francesco Terzio of Bergamo. According to his drawings, a wooden model was created. The casting of a bronze fountain weighing more than five tons was made by the leading Prague bell-maker and iron-maker Tomáš Jaroš from Brno, who is also the author of the largest Czech bell Zikmund in the St. Vitus Cathedral. The production of the fountain was prolonged and it was installed in front of the summer house only in 1568. Ferdinand I. didn´t see it, he died in 1564. The fountain was put into operation in 1574, when the water supply was completed. The water jets from human and animal heads and creates ambient tones when it hits the metal bowl - hence the name of the Singing Fountain. The best way to hear this is to put your ear on the bottom side of the bronze bowl. The top of the fountain ends with a figure playing a bagpiper. Letohrádek Belvedér nechal postavit císař Ferdinand I. Habsburský pro svou manželku Annu Jagellonskou. V roce 1562 se rozhodl před něj přistavět ještě renesanční fontánu. Návrhem pověřil dvorního malíře Francesca Terzia z Bergama. Podle jeho nákresů pak vzniknul dřevěný model. Samotné odlití bronzové fontány o hmotnosti přes pět tun provedl přední pražský zvonař a kovolijec Tomáš Jaroš z Brna, který je autorem největšího českého zvonu Zikmund v chrámu svatého Víta. Výroba fontány se protáhla a před letohrádek byla fontána osazena až v roce 1568. Toho už se Ferdinand I. nedožil, zemřel v roce 1564. Ke zprovoznění došlo v roce 1574, kdy byl k ní teprve dokončen přívod vody. Voda tryská z lidských a zvířecích hlav a při jejím dopadu na kovovou mísu vytváří ambientní tóny - proto ten název fontány. Nejlépe je to slyšet, když přiložíte ucho na spodní stranu bronzové mísy. Vrcholek fontány zakončuje postava hrajícího dudáka.
