Tardaron más de un mes en contestar un email, tras dos llamadas no resolvieron una simple cita y ambas veces me colgaron el teléfono en mitad de la llamada. Es una vergüenza que los españoles tengamos que pagar por un servicio como este. Como español residente en el extranjero este servicio no me representa. Por favor, a quien corresponda que haga algo con esta embajada, es inaceptable. A disastrous telephone service and extremely slow and difficult email communication. It took them more than a month to answer an email, after two calls they did not resolve a simple appointment and both times they hung up the phone in the middle of the call. It is a shame that we Spaniards have to pay for a service like this. As a Spanish resident abroad, this service does not represent me. Please, whoever does something with this embassy, it is unacceptable.

Natalie estuvo en todo momento ayudando desde la embajada de España en la republica Checa como si de su familia tratase moviendo cielo y tierra para localizar a mi hijo. Good afternoon, I want to thank through this email the attention received especially by Natalie who was involved in my problem at all times and was very helpful in locating my son who is doing a master's degree in Brno and had not heard from him for several days because he was quite impatient. and there was no way to contact him. Natalie was helping at all times from the Spanish embassy in the Czech Republic as if her family were trying to move heaven and earth to locate my son. A	AVV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been calling them for already 1 week, calling every day twice per day and none pick up the phone. Once someone picked it up and hang up at the time. I am in hurry to ask about some important documents and nobody wants to help me. It’s so disappointing to have this embassy as representative of Spain. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

M	Mail Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As almost everything in our country, a shame. The service is horrible, I assume they work whenever they want (if they work). From providing wrong advice, to never answer the phone, to making you wait for almost two hours, seating there, to process a document because the person responsible (it seems there was only 'one single' employee able to 'process' the document, renewing the passport, such a complicated ordeal) was not 'yet' there .... almost two hours late with no excuses or apologies. Next to me, a couple with a new born, also had to wait there for almost two hours, with a newly born baby. Just unbelievable. Not a good time for being Spanish, everything seems a disaster with no solution.
