Помогли, посоветовали и когда я по растерянности не принесла должны копии документов. Справку сделали за 5 минут. И по записи: когда действительно "горит", записывают очень быстро. Паспорт меняла 6 лет назад, по другому все было, очень сильно поменялось отношение. Спасибо. Так же невозможно дозвониться уже неделю! Номер стандартно занят с 9-12, видимо специально сняли трубку чтобы не отвечать! It's just a nightmare, I can't get an answer to the email for a week! Сначала записались онлайн , приехали , потеряли полдня, нам сказали , нужно заполнить заявление онлайн, но там на сайте невозможно создать кабинет!!! Пишут , что такой майл существует, но пароль не верный и потом смена пароля , вам на майл отправили новый пароль, но ничего не приходит, так и хожу по кругу (( По телефону не могу дозвониться! M	Makarová Margarita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Опять не хотят работать, в начале лета не могла никак записаться на получение 10-летнего заграничного паспорта, потом увидела на сайте, что паспорт готов, но увы и ах, девушка по телефону сообщила, что можно будет забрать его (!)только по пн и пт с 8 до 10 утра, что абсолютно никак не состыковывается с моей работой, и вот сегодня я приехала в это время, (потому что записывала его в момент разговора на листочек) и консульство, оказывается работает с 9 утра. То есть паспорт свой я, по всей видимости не увижу никогда. Дозвониться до консульского отдела не является возможным, потому что либо оно скидывает на автоответчик, либо пишет, что занято. В другом отделе-напротив трубку берут, но абсолютно не компетентные люди и к тому же очень не дружелюбные. Only on Mon and Fri from 8 to 10 in the morning, which absolutely does not fit with my work, and today I arrived at this time (because I wrote it down at the time of the conversation on a piece of paper) and the consulate, it turns out, works from 9 in the morning. That is, I will probably never see my passport. It is not possible to call the consular department, because either it sends it to the answering machine, or writes that it is busy. In another department, opposite the phone, they are answered, but absolutely incompetent people and, moreover, are not very friendly.
