★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff; they were very helpful in setting up my account. I highly recommend this branch if you're looking for a branch that puts a human face on what can elsewhere be an intimidating, cold experience. Ask for Anna Gerasimchuk and/or Georgy Chernikov if at all possible.
