Nekompetentní pracovníci! Mám v UniCredit dvojí účet (czk a usd). V současné době se nacházím v USA. Před odjezdem jsem se ptal, jestli by šlo mojí kartu přenastavit tak, aby se platbu účtovaly na dolarový účet. Bylo mi řečeno, že platí shoda men, a pokud budu platit "dolary dolary", tak nic měnit není potrena. Teď jsem tu a zjistil jsem, že se mi částka strhává z českého účtu. Když jsem se nechal zavolat z podpory, tak mi hned řekli, že kartu mám na český účet vázanou a že pozměnit to může jen bankéř, který mi ten účet zakládal (!). Takže kvůli jejich neprofesionálismu jsem daleko od domova bez pristupu ke vlastním financím, a v podpoře mi píšou, ať se zastavím na pobočce. Na své klienty prostě kašlou.
Incompetent staff! I have a double account in UniCredit (czk and usd). I am currently in the United States. Before I left, I asked if my card could be reconfigured to charge my dollar bill. I was told that currency matching applies, and if I pay "dollars dollars", then nothing to change is needed. Now I'm here and I find out that the amount is deducted from my Czech account. When I got a call from support, they immediately told me that my card was tied to a Czech account and that only the banker who opened the account for me could change it (!). So because of their unprofessionalism, I am far from home without access to my own finances, and in support they write to me to stop at the branch. They just cough at their clients.

Co je toto za banku? Řekl bych, že si oprávněně zaslouží titul nejhorší banky v ČR. 199,- Kč poplatek za vedení běžného účtu? Jediná možnost jak zrušit účet je na pobočce. Doufám, že víte, že není rok 1992, ale rok 2022!!!
What kind of bank is this? I would say that it rightly deserves the title of the worst bank in the Czech Republic. CZK 199 fee for maintaining a current account? The only way to cancel an account is at a branch. I hope you know that it is not 1992, but 2022 !!!

Pobočka s velmi milým personálem, avšak velký pozor na DIANU KATZ (blonďatá už na pohled arogantní, zlá starší žena ve středním věku pravdědopobně prožívající střední věkovou krizi), kdy klientům nutí své produkty a když klient odmítne, není jí vůbec blbé toho klienta z pobočky doslova vyhodit. Moje švagrová dne 9.2.2022 k ní šla rozměnit mince vše samozřejmě rozpočítané a zabelené, Diana k ní byla velmi arogantní, dle ní se to prý nedělá, že výjimečně udělá výjimku pouze POD PODMÍNKOU, že si klientka založí účet. Po té byla moje švagrová z pobočky vyhozena se slovy: ,,Jděte s tím někam!” Prosím o větší pozor, koho do pobočky přijímáte a zda je toto pro Vás reprezentující.
Branch with very nice staff, but great attention to DIANA KATZ (blonde already arrogant, evil middle-aged elderly woman likely to experience a middle age crisis), when she forces her products and when the client refuses, she is not stupid at all the client from the branch literally blow up. My sister-in-law went to her on February 9, 2022 to change coins, all of course budgeted and bleached, Diana was very arrogant with her, according to her it is not said that she will make an exception only UNDER THE CONDITION that the client will open an account. After that, my sister-in-law was fired from the branch and said, "Go somewhere!" Please pay more attention to who you accept at the branch and whether this is representative for you.

Prázdná banka a čekám zde již 25min, zaměstnanci si tu veselé povídají o manželkách a kočkách neumí ani pozdravit. Tak jsem na mobilu pustil kapelu Rammstein, během minuty u mě stáli. Po usednutí k přepážce pokračovala jizda, paní byla v zácviku zhruba dalších 10min čekání než se dopracovala k ověření a založení klienta.Pak Další 10min nešel sken průkazů, tak jsem dostal SM. návodem jak mam svým telefonem naskenovat OP. Taky nefunkční ?
An empty bank and I've been waiting here for 25 minutes, the employees are happy to talk about wives and cats, they can't even say hello. So I played the band Rammstein on my mobile, they were standing by me in a minute. the worst branch in the world. Olga, the teller at the bank was so rude and unfair. Never go to this branch.

Unfortunatelly ,very bad experience. Come there, they hadn't any clients, it was around 11 morning. Ladies there pretended thety cannot see me, just spoke to each other. Just after my look on SBS guy one of them started to pretend that she see me and told me to sit without any Please, Welcome, Good day. She was poisoned with doing anything and all the time played with nails and played with fake eyelashes. Never ever again! There are better offices of Unicredit, but its not this one!

First of all, their exchange rates and service fees are robbery. Maybe I would excuse this but when I opened my UniCredit account several years ago the service was good. I don't know what has changed but I cannot wait to never deal with these people again. I get the feeling they get tremendous pleasure at being unhelpful and saying no. My NPS for UniCredit CZ would be -10. Maybe I would recommend then to an enemy. Probably not. Truly terrible service, cannot wait to close my account and never deal with this bank again.

Disappointed with this branch. So I went to the Bank on 24th November in the freezing cold weather. I know bank staff goes on lunch break at 12:45pm so I went there at 12:10's .. Due to covid restrictions I had to wait outside which I didnt mind at all. There was a guy in front of me waiting as well. The security guy came outside and asked me what I need. I told him that I have new Identity card which I wanted to submit he told me to wait outside. So I started to wait. As I was waiting I saw 2 women came after me and security allowed them to go inside as they knew someone who was working at the bank. Now its 12:45pm and slowly every staff is going on a break but they didnt tell me anything so I kept waiting outside in the freezing weather until 1pm when I got frustrated and when inside to ask the situation. Then security guy shows me the sign that lunch break starts at 12:45pm so what the heck I was doing there waiting for almost 45 min just for them to tell me they were on Lunch break. Amazing service ? ? ? So much disappointed with this branch.
