Byl jsem na přepážce v zadní části - naprosto skvělý přístup k zákazníkovi, vše proběhlo rychle, podány srozumitelné informace, následující den i zavolají, že transakce proběhla. Byl jsem na pobočce několikrát a vždy perfektní. Ostatní banky mohou závidět :-) Absolutely perfect approach, although a small branch, but I give me 5 . I was at the counter in the back - absolutely great approach to the customer, everything went quickly, given clear information, the next day they even call that the transaction took place. I have been to the branch several times and always perfect. Other banks may envy :-)

M	Mathew Troy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Услугами FIO-банка пользуюсь около двух месяцев. Решил воспользоваться FIO-банка по рекомендации знакомых, вторая причина это расположение банка в районе Дейвице. Если быть честным, то сервис в принципе неплохой. Но гораздо хуже, чем у российских банков. Так как до этого я пользовался другими банками (Тинькоф, Сбербанк, Альфабанк). Я имею ввиду, предоставляемые услуги и мобильное приложение банка. По сравнению с Тинькоф, или даже Альфа-Банком гораздо хуже. Ставлю одну звезду, потому что сотрудник банка оформил мне платную карту VISA, хотя у них есть бесплатные карты MasterCard, а именно выпуск карты. То есть мне могли оформить карту бесплатно. Может у них там акция, оформить клиенту карту VISA, за выпуск которой клиент платит. Именно из-за этого факта ставлю одну звезду. Я недоволен этим. Не рекомендую это отделение FIO-банка. Если будете открывать счет и карту в данном банке, то выбирайте карту MasterCard. Если я не ошибаюсь, то она называется так Mastercard Debit Contactless. Но лучше уточните у них. I have been using FIO-bank services for about two months. I decided to use the FIO-bank on the recommendation of my acquaintances, the second reason is the bank's location in the Dejvice district. To be honest, the service is generally good. But much worse than that of Russian banks. Since before that I used other banks (Tinkoff, Sberbank, Alfabank). I mean, the services provided and the bank's mobile application. Compared to Tinkoff, or even Alfa-Bank, it is much worse. I put one star because a bank employee issued me a paid VISA card, although they have free MasterCard cards, namely the issue of the card. That is, I could get a card for free. Maybe they have a promotion there, issue a VISA card for the client, for the release of which the client pays. It is because of this fact that I put one star. I'm not happy with this. I do not recommend this branch of the FIO-bank. If you open an account and card with this bank, then choose a MasterCard card. If I'm not mistaken, then it is called Mastercard Debit Contactless. But you'd better check with them.
R	Roman Yevstihnieiev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lukáš Růžička - nejhorší specialista tyto banky. byl naprosto neschopný, buran, nedokázal si zachovat profesionální přístup k zahraničním klientům, kteří měli poprvé kontakt s byrokratickou evidencí. Tento zaměstnanec je naprosto nehodný pracovat se zákazníky. Lukáš Růžička - the worst specialist of these banks. he was completely incompetent, buran, he could not maintain a professional approach to foreign clients who had contact with bureaucratic records for the first time. This employee is completely unworthy of working with customers.
P	Proton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neochotný a konfliktní personál. Zavolaný vedoucí k problému byl vrchol arogance. Škoda, že nejde dát hodnocení bez jediné hvězdy. Na banku je to neuvěřitelné buranství. O špinavé zanedbané pobočce ani nemluvě. Very reluctant and conflicting staff. Called leading to the problem was the pinnacle of arrogance. Too bad you can't give a rating without a single star. It's an incredible bourgeoisie on the bank. Not to mention the dirty neglected branch.

I only wish the ATMs would allow banknote choice / give 200 CZK notes. In the previous office: It was easy to open an account, even as a foreigner. Don't forget your internet banking password. You can change it only in the branch. For security purposes, makes sense.
S	Summerbreeze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find them not professional, lazy just as you would expect a Czech customer services are. I opened an account, but I don't think I want to use it. As they aren't helpful, you will have to go back to them to complete what you want or get the information you need. I use Equabank and they are much better.
