Stal jsem se neplatičem, protože si mezi sebou firmy správně nepřevedli proceduru inkasních plateb. Po ukázkově neprofesionálním zacházení okamžitě odcházím. "What a customer, a thief." Volám opakovaně cca v 08:55 hod neděle 2. června 2019, jsem vždy prví v pořadí, mohu si zvolit zpětné zavolání - nefunguje a následné mne z hovoru vykopne. Zákaznická linka evidentně nefunguje, respektive ji operátor vůbec nemá o víkendu, bez ohledu na publikované informace. The customer service line is reportedly available 24 hours. Dnes jsem jim volal na hotline, aby mi aktivovali LTE, zvedli telefon po 2 min. a vše hned vyřešili. Nepovedlo se mi nastavit inkaso, tak mi každý měsíc pošlou mail, že jsem neuhradil. Jsem spokojen. They bought Voocall, where I had 3 SIM cards. Prices maintained. They communicate promptly via email. Today I called them on the hotline to activate my LTE, pick up the phone after 2 min. and they solved everything right away. I couldn't set up direct debit, so they send me an email every month that I didn't pay. I am satisfied.

Podle mne , jen klamání zákazníka.To není seriózní nabídka.
