★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FLEAS! Terrible hostel! I don't know where to begin. We had to got out of the room because you can virtually see so many fleas on the bed. Lights were out, and they claimed that they've cleaned the room 4 days ago (!!). They refused to change light bulbs that we had to stay in dark, and they also didn't give us any towels .The neighrborhood is located in suburb area, if you have luggage, you have to climb a mountain with your luggage. No transportation, and their front desk NEVER pick up the phone at hostel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value considering the last minute deal we got. Everything was clean, room was big, the inclusive breakfast was alright and literally the only thing to complain about was that one of our beds had its springs broken (?), wasn't too nice to sleep on. Would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda disappointed. I was told only cash. After insisting surprisingly card was possible. No Korean restaurant, no Czech speciallaty restaurant around the corner (closed). Broken elevator.... Reasonable breakfast. TV with 4 channels, remote not working. Quite noisy during the night. Last "guests" went to sleep around 4am, and so did we....only plus, it was cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our private apartment room was clean and warm, and the breakfast buffet was truly the highlight of our experience there.
One star is taken away because we had issues with our booking. The hotel overbooked, and we only got an upgrade because booking dot com's customer service team helped us out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the webside where I reserve a room, there is written that I can pay by card and at the end of the trip. When I arrive at the hotel. At 22:30 a man in the reception told me that we must pay without card becouse their card reader it's wrong. It wouldn't be bad if the man told us that we had to pay Now. Not at the end. But an advantage is that the place of hotel is very good and the rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is hmmm... Not good. On the webside a lot of people write that they are so good and we are disapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value, worth for the price. Continental breakfast with some local stuff included. Staff was kind and helpful, luggages can be left there after checkout. Rooms don't have ac, fridge and kettle, booking.com has misleading information.
