Do 5- ti min. už jsem byl ve směnárně v DBK na Budějovické, kde je milejší obsluha a lepší kurz. Unpleasant service. He locked himself in front of me that he had an inventory. Když se pán po malé chvíli odtrhl od telefonu, řekl jsem mu, že chci měnu za určitou částku, pán se mě dvakrát zeptal jestli chci víc (se silným zahraničním přízvukem). Tak jsem mu řekl, že ne, že to chci za tolik, co jsem mu dal. Po chvíli jsem mu řekl,že až to dodělá, že budu chtít ještě jinou měnu. Pan se rozčílil a začal na mně křičet, jestli si dělám srandu, že se mě dvakrát ptal, jestli chci víc. Když jsem mu řekl, že jsem mu nerozuměl, že jsem myslel, že se ptá, jestli chci víc první měny, rozčílil se ještě víc a s klepáním na čelo mě začal osočovat, jak mu hrozně komplikuju práci a třikrát se vracel k tomu,že se mě ptal. Tak jsem mu musel třikrát odpovědět, že jsem mu rozuměl něco jiného. Na což opáčil, že my Češi všechno akorát komplikujeme... Nechápu, jak může být takovýto člověk zaměstnán na pozici, kde pracuje s lidmi... Poslední návštěva této směnárny I have not experienced such unpleasant service even at the post office. When the gentleman broke away from the phone after a while, I told him that I wanted currency for a certain amount, the gentleman twice asked me if I wanted more (with a strong foreign accent). So I told him no, that I wanted it for as much as I gave him. After a while, I told him that when he finished, I would want another currency. Mr. got upset and started yelling at me if I was joking that he had asked me twice if I wanted more. When I told him that I didn't understand him, that I thought he was asking if I wanted more of the first currency, he got even more upset and, by tapping his forehead, began to accuse me of making my work very difficult and return three times to he asked me. So I had to answer him three times that I understood something else. To which he replied that we Czechs are just complicating everything ... I don't understand how such a person can be employed in a position where he works with people ... The last visit to this exchange office
T	Tomáš Macháček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snad jedna z nejhorších směňáren na Praze 4, lžou o kurzu na internetu (realita po příchodu na prodejnu je jiná než píšou). Nepříjemný a drzý jsou až až.. přitom jsou to cizinci který by se měli chovat jako normální lidi..(když už dostali to povolení k pobytů) !!! NE doporučují !!! Radši si zajet metrem na Muzeum (cca 7minut metrem) Perhaps one of the worst exchange offices in Prague 4 lies about the course on the Internet (the reality after coming to the store is different than they write). Uncomfortable and insolent they are up to .. while they are strangers who should behave like normal people .. (when they have received the residence permit) !!! NO RECOMMENDED !!! Avoid this money exchange at Arkady Pankrac shopping mall if you don’t want to be insulted by staff for trying to change money during normal working hours that are confirmed on mall website. Rude and unprofessional staff who want to close more than half an hour early and don’t care about customer service. Then they give rates that are terrible and don’t match with market at all. They tried to give me a rate that was worse by more than 560 Czech crowns.
A	Atem Sensala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find most of the reviews are just a lies .The service was really great and the guy was friendly and smiling as well he speaks a good English .The rate is on the screen you can see if it's not satisfying you can return your change as the new law you can return your change within 6 hours just be sure to have the receipt
