★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Novogotický kostel svatého Prokopa na Sladkovského náměstí je jednou z nejznámějších architektonických dominant Žižkova. Na rozdíl od něj působí objekt žižkovské farnosti docela nenápadným dojmem. Výstavba farního kostela začala v roce 1898, farnost u něj byla zřízena po necelých deseti letech, roku 1909. Roku 2005 byly k farnosti přifařeny dřívější farnosti u kostelů sv. Anny a sv. Rocha.
