★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nekompetentní a nepříjemná obsluha služby nahouby (nezakracují kalhoty, nevoskují) jděte do hudy sportu tohle se nedá.
Absolutely incompetent and unpleasant attendance of the service of loudness (do not shorten trousers, do not jump) go to the sport of music this is not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemné místo k nakupování s Mimořádně vstřícnou a milou obsluhou. V tomto případě se skutečně vyplatí se do prodejny vyplatí vypravit osobně a nezůstat u eshopu.
Pleasant place to shop with extremely helpful and friendly staff. In this case, it really pays to go to the store in person and not stay at the e-shop.

Think twice before you purchase anything.
I have spent 14000,- (£500) on few items one of the items I wanted to return next day (£100) and they refused to refund after lots of complaints they gave me voucher that I have to spend in full but they are so badly stocked that they have almost nothing in my size , that I don't already have and they would rather loose the future customer just to keep the money. Store manager told me that there is no law in czech that would state that they have to accept refunds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servis from the two employesss. Wanted to changea bag we bouhht the same day, but the ladies did everything in their power not to help and behaved to me with no respect. Breathing out, rolling their eyes, walking away, not trying to helpful at all. One of the wors experiences I've had i a shop in Czech Republic, and I live here for 20 years. There was no aim of finding a solution, just pointing out and searching the smallest details why the bag could not be changed or another product. Selection is good and quality as well, but it seems they don't want returning clients. Wrong approach, and I believe that the owners of the company would agree with me, but then again I guess I can't really talk to them :(. Recommend to visit another Fjallraven in Prague, not in Palladium.
