★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S jistotou mohu prohlásit, že horší proces reklamace jsem nikdy nemusel nikde podstoupit. To, co jsem zde zažil, bych nikdy nikomu nepřál. Nezájem, ignorance, výmluvy. Nikdo se Vašim požadavkem nezabývá, jsou Vám předkládány matoucí a nesmyslné informace, je evidentní, že nikdo Vám nechce jakkoliv vyhovět...
I can say with certainty that I never had to go through a worse complaint process. I would never wish anyone what I experienced here. Ignorance, excuses. Nobody deals with your request, you are presented with confusing and pointless information, it is evident that no one wants to satisfy you in any way ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřeboval jsem sluneční brýle a jelikož jsem náročný a nerozhodný není jednoduché něco vybrat. Narazil jsem na mladého pána, který se mnou trpělivě zkoušel jednotlivé modely a ke všem mi sdělil jejich přednosti a dokázal vkusně poradit. Nakonec mě upozornil na akci dioptrických brýlí, kterou jsem doporučil rodině. Naprostá spokojenost a stihli jsme probrat i hokej :-)
I needed sunglasses and since I'm demanding and indecisive it's not easy to choose something. I came across a young gentleman who patiently tested the individual models with me and told me about their advantages and was able to provide tasteful advice. Finally, he alerted me to the prescription action I recommended to my family. Absolute satisfaction and we managed to discuss hockey :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemná, ochotná a velmi trpělivá obsluha. Paní se mnou při měření očí strávila asi půl hodiny. Velmi se snažila, i když situaci značně stěžovalo pocení měřících brýlí kvůli vzduchu pronikajícímu z pod - roušky.
K následnému výběru brýlí a skel také nelze nic vytknout. Rozhodně musím vyřknout velkou pochvalu a obchod doporučit.

Pleasant, helpful and very patient staff. The lady spent about half an hour with me measuring her eyes. She tried very hard, even though the situation was greatly complicated by the sweating of the measuring glasses due to the air coming from the pillow.
There is also nothing to complain about the subsequent selection of glasses and glasses. I definitely have to say a lot of praise and recommend the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělá pobočka, paní optometristka mi změřila zrak, následně semnou probrala typ a cenu skel. Obroučky v nabídce jsou ve všech cenových kategoriích od cca 1000,-. Jediné co mi přijde neseriozní od této optiky je, že neuvádí nikde cenu skel a na pobočce vám je pouze vyjmenují, ceník před vámi schovají. Vyhotovení bylo velmi rychlé, do týdne jsme měla brýle k vyzvednutí.
Great branch, the optometrist measured my eyesight, then discussed the type and price of glasses with me. The rings in the offer are in all price categories from approx. 1000. The only thing I find unserious about this optician is that they do not state the price of the glass anywhere and at the branch they only list it for you, they hide the price list in front of you. Production was very fast, we had glasses to pick up within a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Můžu jenom doporučit paní Vavrinova super žena na svém místě má trpělivost (po 20ti letech kontrola) poradi řekne svůj názor já byl maximálně spokojen ?a navíc mají akci 1 +1zdarma do konce dubna. Už se těším až si své nové brýle ? vyzvednu ✌️
I can only recommend Mrs. Vavrin's super woman in her place has patience (after 20 years of inspection) advice will say my opinion I was extremely satisfied navíc and in addition they have a 1 + 1 event for free until the end of April. I'm already looking forward to picking up my new glasses
