★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtel jsem koupit boty, se stitkem na botach s danou slevou -25%, pricemz prodavajici u pokladny sdelil ze ve sleve nejsou. Je to normalni? Budu verit ze to byl omyl (i kdyz ten stitek byl na vsech botach daneho typu), uz ale neprijdu
I wanted to buy shoes, with a label on the shoes with a given discount of -25%, while the seller at the checkout told that they are not in the discount. It is normal? I will believe that it was a mistake (even though the label was on all the shoes of the given type), but I will not come

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím sem pravidelně, ale po náboru nové slečny Kateřiny sem už dlouho nevkročím.. Tak nepříjemně jsem se v obchodě nikdy v životě necítil. Už co jsem vkročil do prodejny, tak na mě zírala, jak kdybych jí něco provedl (mohla místo toho aspoň pozdravit).. Vybíral a koukal jsem se na nějaké boty a v periferním vidění jsem pořád viděl jak mě sleduje, opravdu něpříjemné.
I come here regularly, but after recruiting a new Miss Kateřina, I will not come here for a long time .. I have never felt so uncomfortable in the store in my life. As soon as I entered the store, she was staring at me as if I had done something to her (she could at least greet her instead).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has no knowledge on stores procedures and has bad attitude toward clients. I ordered shoes online and needed to exchange size to bigger, at Andel they told me that the only available pair was at Harfa so I went there through the whole city. Unfortunately assistants claimed that they cannot exchange the item and that they don’t know why their colleagues have sent me there. Well shame on them as I contacted support online and they clearly stated that this is a standard practice and there are no issues with in store exchange. Very unprofessional ????
