★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for shoes for me and asked guy for help. But I was so surprised when guy (with purple hairs) told me that he is busy and continued to talk with his colleague. Super disrespectful person. I wish him a good luck and hope managers will fired him ASAP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to shop and explained them that laces were missed for my shoes as it supposed to be provided. The girl informed that I can come and get my laces. I went to the shop, however the boy (asian face with purple hairs) talked with me like I got these shoes for free and told me there are no lacers for these shoes. I went to cash desk to buy white laces and heard how this boy mentioned me and told to his colleagues that they must not give me laces. It is funny that I came to buy laces, but heard bad words about me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very bad experience : There was a manger called (sandra grossu) she’s very rude doesn’t respect people at all acts in a really bad way, doesn’t know how to work with costumers she was on the cashier doing an unprofessional job .
i went there to pay for 5 pairs of shoes that I picked , I tried to find it because they put all the boxes on top of each other not organized letting the costumer find it and tell the cashier but she got it wrong so she starts to tell us we don’t know what we chose and being horrible..and she obviously doesn’t care about the store, you can tell from the way she deals with costumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funny employers who refuse to give informations to me on the phone.People who work there refuse to sell shoes because they think I am a reseller ( fyi I am a lawyer ,,I make more money than all of you in just a week compared to ur monthly salary ) . I just refuse to buy sneakers at a reselling price,as a collector ( yes , collector, not reseller!) ( probably the chinese girl do some kind of backdoor thats why she refuse to sell to me ) . They will never ever see me again. Careful to.the chinese employer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 days ago my daughter received a pair of shoes as a gift in the wrong size from this footlocker. No big deal right, we will just exchanged them for a smaller size.
Well I don't know what the worker who "helped" us' problem was but not only would she refuse help us, she never even looked at the bill and then she laughed at and then accused my daughter of lying when she said she hadn't worn them. Her proof? some very light marking on the sole, similar to wear someone might find on a shoe that had been worn around the shop. When I pointed out that the wear was similar to that of probably any shoe on the display rack, she cut me off and then accused ME of lying.
I would have been fine if they had told me that we couldn't exchange them, it's the attitude and being told that I'm lying that I take issue with. I've worked in retail, and I know what it's like to deal with difficult customers. I also know that if I had ever treated a customer the way this employee did, I would have lost my job. I hope her boss is more understanding than my boss was.
