Cheat. I went to hand over the car to repair the parking brake, which did not pass to the MOT and I had a month to repair the fault. At the same time, we were on the phone agreed to arrange MOT and that day in the afternoon the car will be picked up. When I arrived at the site, my request was recapitulated - the hand + STK. The Lord asked how serious the brake was - I truthfully replied that the car was braking even on a hill, and that it was only an over-limit braking effect between the two wheels. The man from the service told me that if I do not insist on the repair, he will arrange for it to pass on the MOT even without the repair and it will be cheaper, therefore, about 500 for a repeated MOT. I still had to actively remind the handover protocol, left the car and left. In the afternoon the car was ready, but the requested price was "a little" higher. They say 2.500 CZK. - 400 CZK repeated technical - 800 CZK "commission" to the technician to get a blind eye - rear towing spoiler - 500 CZK work (dismantling of the rear spoiler) Of course I didn't want to dismantle anything. I did not approve of any dismantling and no one informed me about it. The Lord argued that the plastic under the bumper (spoiler) had to be replaced and without it the car would not pass (brake but the problem was not). The plastic I had there was cut out because of the ball, the new one was cut out. I said I refuse to pay him and give it back. After 20 minutes, I told myself that he would put it back that day. So he wanted me "only" 1.700 CZK, which I disputed. Work 500 CZK for plastic outing? I was willing to pay a maximum of 1,200 CZK - for the mechanic and for the MOT itself. The Lord did not want to talk to me very much and said that until I pay him CZK 1,700 he will not give me a car. He wanted the money on his hand. The police I called followed. The service man, however, prepared nicely and of course defended each item. The bribe to the mechanic turned into an overhaul of the brakes (picking up the car and removing corrosion in his words) and was painted. He has the right to detain the car, I would have to leave him there and start a civil lawsuit. What's left? Pay. Good thing that only 1,700 CZK and did not make up any more.

Absolute satisfaction. Great communication, service and price. Analysis of the problem and offered solutions. The repair cost me half as much as the competition. WITH FORD ALREADY HERE !!!

I agree with the positive reviews, I have similar experience. Compared to other services, very good and human communication, agreement and word are true. They changed the lock on the front door. Over time, I found that it did not have the same features as the original. We agreed on a new date and, without argument and with an apology, exchanged for another with the same functions. Professional approach and efforts to find solutions. I recommend.

I can only recommend! Access, price, speed. I had a Ford Custom 2014 repaired here, a defect at DPF. Without an order, my situation was urgent. Before I picked up the car, they ordered and repaired the rearview mirror / cover, glass /, tire nail, DPF sensor, DPF cleaning / all by appointment and my requests / and drove the car. Communication very helpful and friendly agreement. I recommend!!!
