★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poprvé jsme byli nadšení z přístupu paní kadeřnice, druha návštěva, jiná paní a bohužel velké zklamání, nerespektující přístup k synovi, nepříjemný zážitek pro všechny. Doporučuji objednávat ke konkrétní paní kadeřnici, pokud netrefíte na tu pravou.
 For the first time we were enthusiastic about the approach of the hairdresser, the second visit, another lady and unfortunately a great disappointment, disrespecting approach to the son, an unpleasant experience for everyone. I recommend ordering to a specific hairdresser, if you do not find the right one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kadeřnictví jsem si vybrala na základě velmi kladných recenzí a nelituji :) Dnes jsme byli se synem na prvním stříhání a paní si s ním poradila i když nastal řev a pláč. Nakonec jsme ho ostříhali na mně a všichni jsme to přežili :D Jako krásný dárek dostal syn diplom s prvními vlásky.
Skvělý přístup a prostředí. Od teď budeme chodit na stříhání pouze sem :)
I chose the hairdresser's on the basis of very positive reviews and I do not regret it :) Today we were with my son on the first haircut and the lady dealt with him even though there was a roar and a cry. In the end, we cut it for me and we all survived: D As a beautiful gift, the son received a diploma with the first hair.
Great approach and environment. From now on we will go to the cutting only here :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní neprofesionalita. Nepříjemný personál, který stříhá bez citu, spíš jak na běžícím páse a vrchol všeho, zranění syna při stříhání. Bez omluvy! To podotýkám, že se ani nehnul a ke kadeřníkovi je zvyklý chodit. Nikdy více.
Absolute unprofessionalism. Annoying staff who cut without feeling, more like on a treadmill and the top of everything, injured his son while cutting. No apology! I note that he did not move and is used to going to the hairdresser. Never more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes v utery 14.6.2022 jsme v OC Letnany chteli nechat ostrihat syna. V 12:25 po zvednuti hlavy od mobilu nam bylo sdeleno ze jde na obed a ze dnes nema cas az prijdeme ve ctvrtek nebo patek. V 12:40 stale sedela a cvakala na mobilu proste se ji strihat dnes nechtelo. Sem uz nepujdeme!
Today, on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, we wanted to have our son cut in OC Letnany. At 12:25, after lifting our heads from the mobile phone, we were told that he was going to lunch and that today he didn't have time until we arrived on Thursday or Friday. At 12:40 she was still sitting and clicking on her cell phone, she just didn't want to be cut today. We're not coming here anymore!
