★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinika je pěkná, lékaři na úrovni, empatie trochu pokulhavá ale v dnešní době covidu a jejich obrátkách lidí to je asi průměr. Co nás s polovičkou zarazilo je ŠPATNÁ informovanost recepce. Na prvotrimestrální screening nám nebylo řečeno,že se máme dostavit již s krví, komunikovali jsme 3x s Gennetem, tudíž faktor nebo opomenutí jedné pracovnice to není. Spíše management issue.Na základě toho jsme nemohli dostat vyhodnocení, museli jsme čekat na odběr krve na míste a následně čekat na výsledky, což může ovlivnit celkové vyšetření. Bohužel toto se stalo i několika dalším ženám v našem regioně. Proto by bylo dobré toto alespoň sepsat na internet a ne se spoléhat na svého gynekologa. Když plátím 1800kč čekám i nějaký servis službu.
 The clinic is nice, the doctors are at a level, the empathy is a bit lame, but nowadays the covid and their turnover of people is probably average. What stopped us at half is the WRONG awareness of the reception. At the first-quarter screening we were not told that we should have arrived with blood, we communicated 3 times with Gennet, so it is not a factor or omission of one worker. Rather, the management issue. Based on this, we could not get an evaluation, we had to wait for blood sampling on site and then wait for the results, which can affect the overall examination. Unfortunately, this has happened to several other women in our region. Therefore, it would be good to at least write this on the Internet and not rely on your gynecologist. When I pay 1800 CZK I expect some service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme zde s manželkou a na oddělení Fetální medicíny a velká spokojenost. Moderní čisté prostředí, milý personál a především špičkoví doktoři a perfektní vybavení! Parkování na oranžové zóně u NZM. Doporučujeme!
We were here with my wife and the Department of Fetal Medicine and great satisfaction. Modern clean environment, friendly staff and above all top doctors and perfect equipment! Parking in the orange zone near NZM. We recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad, the clinic has deteriorated with time. I think it became just a business. We have received an excellent treatment in 2012, 2013. We are thankful for that. However, we were rejected in 2014 for no clear reasons. It was easy to figure out, that our case did not belong to the most profitable group. I think no clinic should go that far as denying a similar treatment for the old clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly do not understand how this clinic can be successful. My OBGYN sent me here for level 2 pregnancy ultrasound. It took exactly 6 days and 84 call attempts for someone to pick the phone up. Their first question was whether I will be paying for it myself or if am covered by insurance. WOW! Money greedy much? Anyways, I set up an appointment and on the day I arrived earlier. I walked in and there were 3 girls at reception desk. One was helping a lady before me, the other two did not even bother to say hi or acknowledge me. When it was my turn, it was a very awkward procedure. I had to fill out some documents, answer super weird questions but yes, I understand that those girls were only doing their job. It was the feeling they gave me and how I was treated that made the entire process awkward. Needless to say, phones did not stop ringing and NOBODY bothered to answer them! I was seeing Dr. Kulovany and all those reviews about him were so true. I tried being nice, friendly, smiling and jokey but he was cold, rude and super unfriendly. I honestly was shocked by his behaviour. This clinic is a joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veronika Drozenova was my contact to the clinic. She explained the process so poorly, that I lost my holidays and the possibility to get a treatment in the month I could do it. I'm tremendously disappointed. I can't believe that Gennet allows someone so incompetent to work for them.
Dr. David Stejskal has been always helpful, understanding and available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clinic, clean, modern, well equipped and the doctors are real professionals both gynecologists and the ones dealing with genetic advising. Unfortunately, some of the nurses, but especially receptionists and the phone operators can be really rude and not helpful at all. Not providing sufficient or correct information, not helping finding solutions with smaller problems like booking date or missing blood test (because of their fault), etc. And these people are dealing with pregnant women in a manner that no-one deserves ? I based this opinion on my experience with BOTH of my pregnancies, 2 years ago and now. Nothing has changed, their attitude is just blowing my mind off. I do speak Czech and have health care in CZ so really not making big "problem" for them, what is more, now we just payed lot of money for an extra service so they can see that we are not only going for the basic stuff. And still the lady is doing only the minimum and being bossy with me on the phone. If they wouldn't have the modern equipment what they do, I wouldn't have gone back after my first pregnancy. Now I see that this was a mistake.
