K	Karolina Jirakova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ už nikdy přes tuto firmu.balíček mi měli dovést minuly týden,ale řidič to přejel a vůbec nikomu nedal vědět ,že dnes fakt balík nepřiveze.volala jsem na zákaznickou linku,paní absolutně nepříjemná,že je to sice jejich chyba ale kompenzace žádná a balík dovezou nejdříve za týden.tak tedy čekám další týden a když už ho měli dovést.řidič měl přes dvě hodiny zpozdeni a přijel až ve večerních hodinach.opravdu už nikdy vic a ten kdo má možnost objednat i přes jinou firmu tak určitě volte jinou.i česká pošta je lepší never through this company again. They were supposed to bring me the package last week, but the driver ran over it and didn't let anyone know at all that he wouldn't actually deliver the package today. I called the customer line they will deliver in a week at the earliest. so I'm waiting for another week and when they were supposed to bring it in. The driver was over two hours late and arrived in the evening. Czech Post is better
J	Jan Krauskopf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Společnost, která funguje jen ve světě bez zpoždění. Pro řešení mimořádných situací (což je v logistice denní chléb) nemá nastavený fungující systém. Kurýr nestihne přijet do 22:01 (čas oznámený SMS)? Nikdo vás jako příjemce neinformuje, zákaznickou linku už nikdo nezvedá... Vy jako příjemce nevíte, jestli máte jít spát nebo čekat... Kurýr vám v 23:10 volá, že je před barákem, a ani se neomluví... Dokonce ani neprojeví náznak toho, že by se dělo něco zvláštního. Nepoděkuje, že jste nešli spát, a zásilku převzali... Pokud zvažujete, že tuto firmu pustíte do kontaktu s vašimi zákazníky, rozmyslete si to... Minimálně do doby, než vám důkladně vysvětlí, jak mají nastavené kontrolní mechanismy. Hrozí, že vaší zákazníci budou naštvaní. A budou naštvaní na vás, jakožto svého dodavatele, ne na Gibon Delivery. Update: Výše popsané se stalo 7.6.2021. Dne 8.6.2021 zásilka nedoručena vůbec, pouze v 18:43 oznámení, že to kurýr nestihne a dohodnutí dodání následující den. Opravdu vřele nedoporučuju, pokud nechcete přicházet o zákazníky!!! A company that only works in the world without delay. It does not have a functioning system in place for dealing with emergency situations (which is daily bread in logistics). The courier will not be able to arrive by 22:01 (time announced by SMS)? Nobody informs you as a recipient, nobody picks up the customer line anymore ... You as a recipient do not know if you have to go to sleep or wait ... At 23:10, the courier calls you in front of the barracks and doesn't even apologize ... He doesn't even show a hint that something special is happening. He doesn't thank you for not going to bed, and they took over the shipment ... If you are considering putting this company in contact with your customers, think about it ... At least until they thoroughly explain to you how they have set up control mechanisms. There is a risk that your customers will be upset. And they will be mad at you as their supplier, not at Gibon Delivery. Update: The above described happened on June 7, 2021. On 8.6.2021 the shipment was not delivered at all, only at 18:43 notice that the courier will not make it and agree on delivery the next day. I really do not highly recommend if you do not want to lose customers !!!

Zprávy či telefon o zpoždění žádné, kontakt na řidiče není. Ze 7 závozů proběhly 2 včas, smutná bilance. If you do not mind delivery with a delay of several tens of minutes to hours, then this is the right choice. No news or phone about the delay, no contact with the driver. Of the 7 races, 2 took place on time, a sad balance.
