Jednání mají profesionální a byť by bylo co zlepšovat např. počet pracovníků aby více stíhali, dávám 5* hodnocení, zejména v porovnání s ostatními dodavateli Hormann v této lokalitě jsou o level výše. Mohu srovnávat, neboť jsem při poptávce osazení, servisu i opravě jednal za ty tři roky se zhruba šesti dodavateli. Někteří se ani nepředstaví do telefonu, jiní Vám otevřeně řeknou že dělají jen to z čeho mají největší výdělek, tedy např. servis vrat která dodal někdo jiný Vám neudělají, i když je pozáruční a mnou plně hrazený. Jiní jsou dokonce arogantní atd. mohl bych bohužel za tak krátkou dobu 3 let dlouze vyprávět o povedené organizací jménem Hormann Česká republika, která to všechno toleruje a organizuje.
