K	Khloud Ghafouri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is spacious but the pillows were extremely horrible and old. They don't have one big bed. Two single matress under one sheet which is painful and stupid. The reception was fine and the staff try to help. Breakfast is ok. The spa is horrible. No one there to help. No sheets and towels are available regularly. So you have to wait till someone bring them. Staff were rude and horrible. A couple get into the sauna and there was no sheets so when one of the staff came to clean the floor she shouted at them. There is only a few seats in the spa.

In the restaurant there were dirty cups and plates with hair in some of them, and when we told the staff she said “we clean with the machine and some are not well cleaned” and she didn’t even care to take the dirty ones!! And the housekeeping didn’t really clean the room at all, they just arranged the pillows. Very bad service! Breakfast is also very poor. However, the spa is very good and the staff there are extremely nice. It would be only better if the opening hours of the sauna could be extended, currently it’s only from 3-8 pm.

I'm vegetarian and chefs have no skills to cook vegetarian meal considering its a 4 star hotel, its a shame.. everything else was great. Breakfast, rooms, cleaning services, staff, spa facilities etc. Will visit there again.. overall we enjoyed our time here. Thank you to whole team there.

For our 2 nights we had luck that we could there was a free spot in schedule at the day of check out. But nonetheless it screwed up our plans of city activities. Everything else was fine for the short duration of our stay. They have two saunas and a Turkish bath.
E	Elham Moshref on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there in October 2021. We stayes for 2 weeks . It has a very good location . The treatment was good. But my complain is about the food there . All the meals were bad & poor only the breakfast it was a little bit good . But the lunch & dinner were bad . I told the manager there about this . As muslims and many other visitors there are from the arabian gulf and they are of course muslims . So we need special good . I mean we don’t eat pork or ham . We tried to tell the resturant many many times but it was usless . So I hope they can fix this probmlem and looking for a good chef .
E	Emil (whereisemil) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whole the hotel itself is nice and the spa area is superb the management of the hotel doesn't do much to curb the pandemic: no security glass at the reception, no masks both from staff and most hotel guests. Breakfast/dinner room is packed and random people are sitting next to each other without any protection. Also nobody from the staff checked out vaccination certificates.
