Terrible service. I came to buy Prada glasses, which I already had, but I will not spend my money here in any case. The blond older rounder lady was standing right behind me with her arms folded, examining me all over the house. Do not shop here unless you are looking for horrible customer service.

You will come to the optics with a recipe from which even a layman (let alone a "professional", although it is not possible to talk about professionalism in any sense) that it will be tens of thousands. And I wanted two. Pretty nice deal. One might even say that the seller will try. But no, there is no danger. I bothered the bored lady downright, almost surprised she didn't send me straight to the hell, but she was willing to get up and at least show me one pair of glasses. Unfortunately, I have encountered a similar approach at other GrandOptical branches in Prague - honestly, I cannot imagine that I would entrust anyone with such a process to select and make glasses through me.

Absolute satisfaction. Professional approach of employees, willing to advise and explain everything. Vision measurement at a professional level. Selection of spectacle frames in a wide price range, consulting. ????? Cons: limited selection of brands of prescription glasses.

Grand Optical presents itself as an optician with specialists. Don't really expect any professional behavior or advice. I visited the OCČM twice and each time very dissatisfied. The first time I was picking glasses for myself. I came to the store no one was even interested in what I was doing there, so I started choosing glasses myself. I already had a few favorites and I was waiting for someone to "pick me up". After 10 minutes of waiting, I approached the lady, who was obviously not happy that I was asking for her. Young lady, about 25 years old. Appetite for work zero. Everything just went away so quickly. I still took all this. But when a customer comes with 5.75 diopters and chooses thin rims according to them, I expect advice from a "professional" seller: thin rims with such high diopters are definitely not. The glasses will be visible through the rims. Unfortunately, I only learned this after making the glasses. ?? I would expect such essential information from the seller and not quickly finish the order and the frames and glasses as he wants, not what will be most advantageous for the customer. On the second visit, the entrance to the store was very similar. I was lucky to have an already more active lady, who recommended glasses to our faces and with regard to diopters. The problem only occurred with payment. The glasses were a sumptuous amount. I wanted to pay the entire amount by card, unfortunately I have a student account with my bank and my financial limit for payment by card can only reach up to 5 thousand crowns. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this thing the first time I tried to pay. She apologized and told the saleswoman that I would quickly call the bank to raise my limit. The lady replied very unpleasantly: but it's like I have to cancel the whole payment and do it again. And she added: Third, I will not do it again. After this experience, GrandOptical never again! Really crazy staff. I don't know how in other stores, but in Černý Most really NEVER! The choice of glasses is wide, but the staff should change.

I must praise the great approach of the staff of this store. I brought damaged glasses there, which they managed to repair in a moment - for free.

This store reported free sight measurement events, so I ordered at 4.11, at 2 p.m. as part of the event. When I arrived earlier, the lady at the store (Angelika's name tag) entered the data into my computer and asked me to wait for the man (?) Who was to take the measurement. But Mr. Just went out of the next room to the store and without greeting, he threw me at me that if I wanted to measure my eyesight and not buy glasses, it would cost 700. Mrs. Angelika tried to tell him that they had events until 5.11, but he he said - no, the action is over! And he gave me an ultimatum. If I buy glasses, then free measurements, if not, 700. Levarna, as it should be.
