Bohužel já jsem velmi nespokojená, objednala jsem synovi boty, které byly ošlapane. Ihned jsem volala na zákaznický servis a bylo mi doporučeno ať skočím na prodejnu, kde to se mnou vyřídí. Paní vedoucí byla velmi příjemná paní a sama koukala co mi to poslali! Bohužel stejné boty už neměli, ale syn je chtěl mít a tak jsme si je nechali s tím, že aspoň napisu e-mail. Myslela jsem, že budou rádi za upozornění, že se jim stala taková věc. Čekala jsem aspoň omluvu, ale bohužel mi pouze odepsali, že zboží mohu do 14 dnů bez udání důvodu vrátit, nebo vymenit.
Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied, I ordered my son shoes that were trampled. I immediately called for customer service and I was advised to go to the shop where they would handle me. Mrs. Head was a very nice lady and she was watching what she sent me! Unfortunately, they didn't have the same shoes, but the son wanted to have them, so we kept them with the fact that I would at least write an e-mail. I thought they'd be pleased to note that they had such a thing. I was expecting at least an apology, but unfortunately they only wrote back to me that I can return or replace the goods within 14 days without giving a reason.

Objednala jsem si na tomto eshopu boty které byly Přítomny na dvou prodejnách v jediné velikoati. Bohužel obě prodejny více nez 1,5 hodiny cesty tak jsem si řekla, že raději poštou. Po několika dnech přišel email ze boty vůbec nemají. Nevím kdo jim to tam spravuje, ale to je teda maximálně zpomalený proces když mají na stránkách že jsou na dvou prodejnách a na skladě.

Objednala jsem si tenisky, objednavku zaplatila. Psala jsem do obchodu jestli je všechno v poradku a dostala odpoved že ano, že všecho je všechno ok. Den potom jsem dostala zpravu, že velikosti kterou jsem si objednala už nemaji. Nechapu proč pak meli na strance, že je tato velikost k dispozici. Velmi nespokojena.
I ordered my sneakers, paid the order. I wrote to the store if everything was okay and got an answer that yes, everything was ok. The next day I got a message that I didn't have the size I ordered. I do not understand why they had on the page that this size is available. Very dissatisfied.

Je to nekvalitná predajňa, samotný predaj ako aj prípadná následná a oprávnená reklamácia sa učiňujú veľmi neserióznym spôsobom. Predávajú nekvalitné výrobky a nechcú byť za ne zodpovední. Ak by som vedel ako sa chrániť ako spotrebiteľ, urobil by som nejaké kroky, aby dostali pokutu veľkú ako je ich absencia čestného jednania a kvality, alebo aby zatvorili tento obchod ako podvod na verejnosť.
It is a poor quality shop, the sale itself, and any subsequent and justified complaints are made in a very unreliable manner. They sell poor quality products and do not want to be responsible for them. If I knew how to protect myself as a consumer, I would have taken some steps to get a fine as great as their lack of honesty and quality, or to close this shop as a public fraud.

Vše v naprostém pořádku! Byla jsem chvíli skeptická, podle některých recenzích, ale teď už vím, že se není čeho bát. Zboží dorazilo opravdu rychle, kvalitně zabalené a za super cenu. Přítel si vzápětí objednal taky boty, protože nikde jinde se nám je za tyhle peníze nepodařilo sehnat. Takže mohu jedině doporučit :)
Everything's all right! I was skeptical for a while, according to some reviews, but now I know there is nothing to fear. The goods arrived really fast, well packed and at a great price. A friend immediately ordered shoes as well, because we couldn't get them anywhere else with this money. So I can only recommend :)

Uz po nekolikate mam s Molo sport velky problem a proto jsem se rozhodla sve zkusenosti popsat do recenze. Molo sport se snazi vyhnout jakemukoliv kontaktu zakaznika se zodpovednymi osobami. Potreti se mi stalo, ze zbozi melo byt k dispozici za 24 hodin od objednani, nikdy samozrejme nebylo. Podpora na telefonu muze sdelovat jen zakladni informace, do skladovych zasob nevidi. Komunikace s podporou probiha takto: zbozi nedorazilo ve slibovanem terminu>snad bude uz dnes. Nevime jiste kdy>na prodejnu ke kompetentni domluve telefon nesmime davat. Muzete tam sice poslat email>nevime jak casto na nej reaguji. Jestli je zbozi ke koupi primo na prodejne ve vice kusech? >nevime, nemame pristup do systemu zasob. Takze vam nezbyva nic jinho, nez trpelive cekat..den, dva, tyden, jestli vam prijde sms. Nebo se na to vykaslat a obj. zrusit a koupit jinde…

Molo sport tries to avoid any contact of the customer with the responsible persons. The third time it happened to me that the goods should have been available within 24 hours of ordering, of course, never was. Support on the phone can communicate only basic information, they do not see the warehouse. The communication with the support is as follows: the goods have not arrived at the promised date> perhaps they will be today. We are not sure when we must not give the phone to the store by competent agreement. You can send an email there> we don't know how often I react to it. Are there goods to buy directly at the store in multiple pieces? > we don't know, we don't have access to the supply system. So you have no choice but to wait patiently..day, two, week, if you get an SMS. Or use it and cancel it and buy it elsewhere…

V obchodě MOLOSPORT jsem si objednala boty, které jsem i zaplatila. Den po mé objednávce mi přišel email, že zboží již nemají, abych si vybrala zboží jiné. Volala jsem na vaší zákaznickou linku ohledně objednávky 48703865. Telefon mi zvedla velice nepříjemná slečna/paní s tím, že když jsem jí slušně poprosila, zda by byla možné nějaká, alespoň částečná kompenzace za zrušení mé objednávky, abych si mohla vybrat boty jiné, a abych se dostala na podobnou cenu jako u zrušené objendávky , bylo mi řečeno jen příkré NE. Slečna mi doporučila si přečíst obchodní podmínky, kde zrušení zboží obchod uvádí. Takové podmínky já samozřejmě znám, nicméně zájmem každého eshopu by měl být spokojený zákazník, který se rád vrací. Sama pracuji na zákaznické lince a podobné chování bychom si nemohli ani dovolit. Cítím se jako naprosto zanedbaný zákazník, který je jen číslo. Já objednala, zaplatila boty, které mají být jako dárek a na zákaznické lince jsem ještě obsloužena jako kus hadru.

A very unpleasant lady picked me up, saying that if I had politely asked her if any, at least partial, compensation would be possible for canceling my order so that I could choose different shoes and get a similar price as for a canceled order. , I was only told a harsh NO. The lady recommended me to read the terms and conditions, where the cancellation of the goods is stated by the store. Of course, I know such conditions, however, the interest of every e-shop should be a satisfied customer who likes to return. I work on the customer line myself and we couldn't even afford such behavior. I feel like a completely neglected customer who is just a number. I ordered, paid for the shoes to be given as a gift, and I was still served on the customer line as a piece of rag.

They had sent the wrong size, I sent it back. Took them 3 weeks to send THE SAME WRONG SIZE AGAIN. Never order anything here.
