Nejen že mi poradil s nákupem telefonu pro syna, ale také na mém zařízení odstranil problém, který jsem si nejspíš způsobila sama. Byl trpělivej, milej a ochotnej a to jsem tam přišla otravovat po 20:00 hodině. Když dlouho nemohl přijít na to co jsem si tam pomačkala v nastavení tak jsem sama navrhovala aby se na to vykašlal, ale pan Michal bojoval dál i za tu cenu že půjde z práce o dost později, ale že na to přijde. A taky že na to přišel. Já můžu zase psát SMS s diakritikou jen díky tomu hodnému člověku. Kéž by všude byla tak milá obsluha jako v téhle prodejně. Zákaznický servis hrůza, dříve jsem byla spokojena, ale radši příště objednám na webu. I do not recommend! Sklo se přes odborné nalepení vůbec nechytlo na zakulacených hranách displeje. Píšu na podporu, jestli si ho můžu přijet k nim nalepit - ať mi ukáží co del špatně. Zaplatím si hold další - týden bez odpovědi. Po pěti minutách volání se jim dovolám a pán slíbí že se na to podívá. Přijde mi odpověď ale ne na moji otázku. Prostě, když je problém tak rozhodně nevyjdou vstříc. To už příště radši Alza nebo jiný dodavatel. I have nothing against Xiaomi products, but the Xiaomicesko.cz service is appalling. Ale následná reklamace s žádostí o odstoupení od smlouvy byla katastrofální zkušenost. Člověk si řekne "tak půjdu přímo do "Šáhlomi", ať mám co nejlepší služby..." - ZLATÁ ALZA!!! S čistým svědomím můžu říct, že už si nikdy nic na vaší značkové prodejně nekoupím. Tímto hodnocením bych všem rád zdůraznil fakt, že pokud přijdete a vyberete si zboží na prodejně, pak od vás dávají ruce pryč i když zařízení nebude fungovat jak má. Po asi 12ti dnech používání jsem reklamoval vlajkovou loď Mi11T Pro s tím, že nefunguje 5G síť jak má. Po třech týdnech jsem si přišel pro odpověď "závada se neprojevila". Odstoupení od smlouvy není možné, protože jsem si dovolil přijít na prodejnu telefon koupit osobně a nekoupil to přes e-shop. Výsměch spotřebitelům..... The bearded hipster man knew exactly what he was talking about. Bought Redmi note 5 and Mi band 2. I couldn't be more satisfied! Good on you all!
