Pak přijde a začne zavírat mříž a nezajímá ho, že má napsanou u vstupu otevírací dobu ještě o hodinu déle.... stačilo sdělit čekajícím, že již nikoho nestihne a nebo se aspoň omluvit, že se již zavírá. Alibisticky házení odpovednosti na druhé kolegy a přitom to nastavili špatně také. S tím souvisí i reklamace vystavených faktur. Neustále musím něco reklamovat, kvůli něčemu volat nebo osobně zde řešit. Dovolím si tvrdit, že jsem s nastavování služeb strávil už desítky hodin. Málo personálu na pobočce, dlouhé čekání než se na vás dostane. Nemůžou vám přednostně vydat objednanou SIMkartu, která se při dopravě kurýrem vydává pouze proti podpisu. Был у них в отделении, девушка предложила неплохой тариф за теже деньги!), Я согласился и подписал документ..., В итоге оплата услуг выросла на 300 крон.., вроде бы и не много но с учётом договора 300 каждый месяц уже довольно интересно..., Хотя при диалоге меня уверили что сумма не изменится... Печальный опыт..., Поеду в центральный офис, посмотрим что будет дальше..., Нот осадок остался однозначно... Теперь ещё и интернет вернулся в 2G..., Говорят что у них есть какая-то проблема но они не знают как ее решить..., Эта проблема уже тянется больше недели...
