★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18.11. jsem si z eshopu objednavala kryt na mobil, 26.11. mi prišel email, ze zboží není dostupné. Na tento email jsem v zápětí volala, a pán na telefonu mě přesvědčoval o tom, že zboží přijde do Vánoc. Dnes, 26.01. mi prišel email, že zboží je dlouhodobě nedostupné. Jako omluvu mi přišel slevový kód na nákup ve výši 5%?. Děkuju už nemám zájem cokoliv nakoupit.
18.11. I ordered a mobile phone cover from the e-shop, 26.11. I received an email that the goods are not available. I called this email shortly afterwards, and the gentleman on the phone convinced me that the goods would come by Christmas. Today, 26.01. I received an email that the goods are unavailable for a long time. As an excuse, I received a discount code for a purchase of 5% ?. Thank you, I am no longer interested in buying anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud chcete u nich objednat jakékoliv zboží, ruce pryč. Stornovali mi objednávku, aniž by mi kdokoliv zavolal nebo vysvětlil proč. Moje objednávka měla být součást dárku, takže ne, děkuji ?
If you want to order any goods from them, hands off. They canceled my order without anyone calling me or explaining why. My order was to be part of a gift, so no, thank you ?
