★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udělál jsem naprosto stejnou zkušnost jako pan Jakub Ihn. Jednoznačná reklamace vadné čínské baterie, kterou použili při repasi. Baterie se nafoukla a vytlačovala displej z telefonu. Odmítnutí reklamace z důvodu poškození telefonu. Což je naprostý nesmysl, telefon nese běžné vlásečnicové známky požívání. Výsledek reklamačního procesu je takový, že nafukující se baterie v rámci reklamačního procesu dále poškodila i displej :( Jednoznačně tedy tuto firmu nedoporučuji?.
 I did exactly the same experience as Mr. Jakub Ihn. A clear claim for a defective Chinese battery, which they used during the overhaul. The battery inflated and pushed the display out of the phone. Rejection of a complaint due to damage to the phone. Which is complete nonsense, the phone bears the usual capillary signs of consumption. The result of the complaint process is such that the inflating battery further damaged the display during the complaint process :( I definitely do not recommend this company?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní jednání ve chvíli, kdy má dojít k reklamaci, komunikace otřesná, nikomu se člověk nedovolá, a hlavně - pokud chcete něco reklamovat, musíte telefon poslat poštou, ne osobě, takže vám pak s klidem řeknou, že telefon je zničení a vy jste porušil OP, tudíž se na to reklamace nevztahuje. nic s tím neuděláte, pan Viliš vám arogantně odpoví, ať si seženete soudního znalce a nazdar. Hodnocení na Jejich stránkách NENÍ OBJEKTIVNÍ(umí si jej upravit)
