★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na Prahu 9 a okolí prý ne. Technik který se stará o toto území nesmí z domu. Pokud by někdo čekal že nabídnou jiného, ejhle. Chyba lávky. Přeju technikovi brzké uzdravení a jdu pátrat dál. Tato firma nám opravu myčky nenabídla.

Na lince velmi příjemná paní se zjevně velkým přehledem o problematice - věděla o tom, že výrobce naší myčky je v insolvenci, náhradní díly sehnat jsou problém a ještě mi vysvětlila, že případný výjezd by zhodnotil a finálně doporučil, či nedoporučil technik, který potenciální zakázky prochází večer po směně. Vzhledem k typu a stáří myčky mi tedy rovnou nedoporučila opravu, čímž mě pomohla, ale samozřejmě sebe připravila o potenciální výdělek, ale takhle se chová profesionál! V případě, že bych v budoucnu měl opět problém, rád se na HB Servis obrátím.

Due to the type and age of the dishwasher, she did not recommend me a repair, which helped me, but of course deprived me of potential earnings, but this is how a professional behaves!
