J	József Lénárt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is great, the classical design is enjoyable. The staff is helpful, but when we are here, the staff cleaning the common areas with increrible loud vacuum cleaner even after 10 pm, therefore only 3 star.

L	Lucie Wainerova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is like a 2 or 3 stars maximum. Room is very very small and very uncomfortable. I slept stuck to the wall, because it wasn't any place for walk. The mattress was very old and crawled, same like pillows. It's not possible open the window. The bathroom was horrible, shower was too small, my boyfriend couldn' t use it... Very good is area, you are direct on Charles bridge and breafast was also ok, but next time we will choose different hotel...

At the end of our stay, we summarised the prices and in the end we had to pay the double. We usually had to pay 50€, but the waitress charged us 100€. We still gave him 3€ tip and there was no thank you or anything else. NEVER EVER AGAIN
A	Athanasios Tsagkalidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am reviewing the café only as a passerby who wanted to have a short break from my stroll. Horrible experience. The old waiter tried to be kind yet there was almost nothing available (hot chocolate was not for example). The issue here is that although the hot chocolate was not available we were "forced" by the waiter to take another item while in the end we were charged the hot chocolate. Not to mention that the waiter decided to tip himself by not giving the exact change. Bad, bad, bad. Only the location is amazing but rather walk a little more and go for a more decent place. Never again and I will be sure to mention this to all my friends and associates when traveling in otherwise magnificent Prague.

Room was very cozy, clean and with a perfect view of the Charles Bridge. The Front Desk staff (Romana) was super friendly and always went above and beyond with her (their)services. We highly recommend it to anyone. On our next visit to Prague we will make sure and book a room at the Three Ostriches again! :)
F	Foad V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review only for the restaurant as a person passing by. The waiter was nice only till the moment we sat down to order food. After that he was very bitter and horribly rude all the way till the moment we left. He was particularly rude when we decided to pay by card and the terminal for some reason was rejecting the payment only twice (last try was successful). The food was okay but the goose with dumplings I ordered didn't taste fresh at all. Giving 1 star because I really value when the staff are respectful and care about customers.
