Hotel Ehrlich

Had an excellent stay at Ehrlich. Comfortable rooms with lots of space, good beds and a nice bathroom. Personnel was friendly and offered good service. Not very much variety in the breakfast, but it was nice overall. Would recommend!

Stayed for 4 nights and 5days. The hotel is neat and clean. The room size is medium. The rooms have got nice aur conditioning. Rooms doesn't have coffee machine or hot water machine. Breakfast is average. There is a restaurant in this hotel but it serves sushi only. Staff is very helping and will guide you for the tours in Prague.

Excellent location and decent price. The quality of the service (including breakfast) varies, but does not have a large impact on the experience. The rooms are calm and reasobably clean. The bathtub is a big bonus, although you better be prepared to adjuast the water temperature. The hair dryers need fixing, so don't wash in a hurry. Without the neighbourhood it would definitely be three stars only, but all in all we really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel claims to be a 4-star Hotel. If you would close both of your eyes it might be a 3-star hotel. Rather 2. We asked for an extra bed in one room long before we arrived. We even called 4 hours before check-in to make sure everything would be arranged and there is no misunderstanding. As we arrived, there was no extra bed and we had to "build" one on the couch on our own. Our mattresses have been so incredibly saggy, that you couldn't even sleep in a horizontal position. (Yes, we asked for another room, which was exactly the same. We chose the less bad then.) The shower was a bathtub. In all of out three rooms. You have to hold the shower head in your hand, if you want to wash your hair. The temperature of the water changed from ice cold to boiling hot within a second for no reason. (I've seen totally different things in a 4-Star hotel.) The breakfast was simple. Daily struggles with the coffee machine and missing bowls, cups, fruits and what so ever. We had to wait about 10min after asking for a cup. Oh, and there was something cotton-Fibre-like thingy in our scrambled egg. The air condition in the room did not work at all. It made sounds and it seemed like it worked, but the temperature did not even change a tiny bit. (Even after a few hours) Most hotel employees were not very friendly at all. They seemed to be annoyed when you would ask them for something. The location is fine. Bus connection to the center is easy. The value for money is definitely NOT(!!) worth it. 0/10 recommend. If they would lower their prices, take away one star from their entrance door, change the mattresses and look for some more friendly employees, I would MAYBE come back.

Would not recommend this hotel in Prague. We got there half hour before our check in time and was told by receptionist that he was going to give us the room early but would appreciate some good comments on trip advisor. Room was ok but there was a blockage in the hand wash basin. This was reported but was never fixed. We had paid for breakfast which was between 07:00 and 10:00. We got there the following morning at 09:00 only to find out that the supply of white bread had finished and they were not willing to top it up. Also the same with Sausage, The coffee machine had broken down and was not fixed for the 3 days that we were there. The Air Con in the room was average. Bargain late holidays were raving about this hotel but it is not worth visiting. Television in the room did not work as well. The only plus is the bus stop is 100m from this hotel.

Pretty standard hotel, rooms slightly dated, double room was two single beds pushed together but the beds were comfy. The disappointment was the bathroom, big and clean, but weirdly only a bath with no taps or a shower curtain, just a small handheld shower head, which was a bit of a pain. Lack of plug sockets in the bedrooms. Good area, easy to get to main tourist attractions by tram/bus. Tesco express just over the road. Nice park surroundings. Overall not bad if you're looking for something cheap and easy.

Terrible! Very basic. No tea/coffee in room and not allowed to use downstairs coffee machine unless it's breakfast. No fridge. TV that doesn't work. Towel rail hanging off. Broken plug so can't use the bath. Using plug socket next to bed is interesting, the light switch is on the same panel so when you push the plug in it turns the light off! Very noisy guests that smoked and staff did nothing about. No spare pillows. Very very basic hotel

This is the worst hotel in praha. The worst is the construction site in front of the hotel. Although the hotel is a place to sleep, it is too noisy and I can not sleep at all. The attitude of the staff is too bad even with a complaint. It is better not to choose those who want to sleep slowly.
