★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The setting is lovely. The rooms are adequate and the service is pretty good. There are no lifts and the hotel is on 3 levels and quite spread out. The food lets them down. Biggest disappointments with Czech is 0% blood alcohol so you really can only drink at the Hotel as very limited public transport. The other issue is exchanging Euros for Kronin. At the hotel you get a fair deal but if you get caught the locals add 25% - 30% so 100 k will cost you 5 euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start! The only positive aspect of this hotel are the views towards the lake. Everything else is of a concern:
Breakfast - I have not seen the worst breakfast in my life. The selection is shocking and we had to ask for fruit and vegetables frequently. 9am and there are no sausages!
Cleaning - we had to ask for our room to be cleaned as this is not a standard during the stay. I guess if we did not ask we would have to request a toilet paper top up :(
Room - no refrigerator or a hair dryer in the room. Beds are very hard.
In summary, if you want to experience university dormitory again, do come and enjoy lovely views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tge hotel have nice surroundings which combined with the view over the lake from the second floor makes this place really lovely. Parking is free with a lot of shade and staff speaks English well enough. That's where the pluses end, unfortunately the whole place is a bit dated. Rooms even though are specious feel kinda cold (too big for the amount and type of furniture that's inside). Breakfast tend to have very limited supply of things (you can try and ask about refills) so if there are more people you probably should go earlier. Even though it's next to the lake it takes a bit of time to reach the beach due to serpentine roads.
