★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi klidné prostředí, hotel se nachází nedaleko centra Brna a zároveň je zde klid, což bych hodnotila velmi kladně. Další pozitivum byl velmi milý a vstřícný personál hotelu, kdy domluva byla bezproblémová. Oceňuji také parkování přímo před hotelem. Prostředí je na hotelu čisté. Celkově bych svůj pobyt zhodnotila velmi kladně, ráda se na tento hotel budu vracet.
 Very quiet environment, the hotel is located near the center of Brno and at the same time there is peace, which I would rate very positively. Another positive was the very nice and helpful staff of the hotel, when the agreement was smooth. I also appreciate parking right in front of the hotel. The environment at the hotel is clean. Overall, I would rate my stay very positively, I would be happy to return to this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem dlouhodobě ubytovány(16 měsíců). Cena super, pokoje sice starší, ale v udržovaném a nepoškozeném stavu. Výborná dostupnost do centra města. V blízkosti obchody, fitness i pošta. Majitel mladý a ochotný vyhovět individuálním požadavkům. Možnost připlatit si za úklid pokoje, obědy a další hotelové služby vč. pronájmu parkovacího stání. Určitě se do tohohle hotelu v budoucnu rád vrátím pokud budu potřebovat ať už dlouhodobé, či krátkodobé ubytování.
I was accommodated for a long time (16 months). The price is great, the rooms are older, but in a maintained and undamaged condition. Excellent access to the city center. Close to shops, fitness and post office. Owner young and willing to meet individual requirements. Possibility to pay extra for room cleaning, lunch and other hotel services incl. parking space rental. I will definitely be back to this hotel in the future if I need either long-term or short-term accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobyt v tomto hotelu se mi velice líbil. S přítelem jsme si zakoupili ubytování na víkend. Cena velmi přijatelná. Po domluvě se dali přivést i kola, jelikož nedaleko hotelu je i nádherná cyklostezka podél řeky. Personál vstřícný, jídlo výborné. Odpočinuli jsme si. Proto dávám 5 hvězdiček a těšíme se na další návštěvu!
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. My friend and I bought accommodation for the weekend. Price very reasonable. Bikes can also be brought by arrangement, as there is also a beautiful cycle path along the river near the hotel. Staff helpful, food excellent. We rested. That's why I give 5 stars and we look forward to another visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular visitor of the hotel and I must say it has a great value for both short time travelers and long term stays. However don't expect luxury. It's modestly furnished but rooms are nice and clean. One gets everything what needed. It is fairly good located. Rather all-kinds-of-bussinesses-area than city center (20min walk). Very appreciated easy accessibility by car. Parking spot guaranteed. There is public transportation also available towards main train station. Hotel staff is very nice and helpfull.
