Wi-Fi работает (если можно так сказать) отвратно,окна выходили так скажем во двор(где видно другой отель,но там гости могут выйти и громко разговаривать и танцевать),пол грязновато (палас),во всём остальном хорошо. Ну разве что соседний отель затеял ремонт,и было не особо уютно. Как будто бы из России не уезжал.
Завтраки скудные.

Well, except that the neighboring hotel started renovations, and it was not very comfortable. As if he hadn't left Russia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönes Hotel in einer excellente Lage, leider etwas auf Sparsamkeit getrimmt. Dafür, preiswert. Dünne Wände, schwache Beleuchtung (20 w Glühbirnen) und ein etwas eintöniges Frühstück. Trotzdem sauber und nettes Personal.
Nice hotel in an excellent location, unfortunately a little on austerity trimmed. For that, inexpensive. Thin walls, dim lighting (20W bulbs) and a bit of a monotonous breakfast. Nevertheless, clean and nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отличная гостиница 3* в Карловых Варах. Расположена в начале Садовой улицы недалеко от Садовой колоннады. Утром предлагается отличный завтрак. Хорошо подходит для тех, кто приехал просто попить чудесной карловарскоой водички. Для лечения с процедурми надо выбирать отели с лечебной базой. В номерах уютно, обслуживание на высоте.
Excellent hotel 3 * in Karlovy Vary. Located at the beginning of Sadovaya Street near the Sadovaya Colonnade. An excellent breakfast is served in the morning. Well suited for those who came just to drink some wonderful Karlovy Vary water. For treatment with procedures, it is necessary to choose hotels with a medical base. The rooms are cozy, the service is at the height.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již rok mi tento hotel dluží peníze za neuskutečněný pobyt, který byl zrušen z jejich strany kvůli COVIDu. Telefonní číslo na recepci nezveřejňují, email nemají a poštu nepřebírají.
For a year now, this hotel owes me money for an unrealized stay that was canceled by them due to COVID. They do not publish the telephone number at the reception, they do not have an email and they do not accept mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a modest hotel. The beds are quite hard but surprisingly comfortable. Good breakfast - too bad they start at 8. Parking is only for 2- 3 cars but there is a big underground parking nearby. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I liked my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are big with a lot of place to store luggage and clothes. Beds are comfortable and actually it is overall quiet comfortable in rooms. Bathroom is not so clean, some mould spots in corners. The ventilation is extremely loud and disturbing. If one person sleeps another will wake him/her up with using the bathroom.
Staff is friendly and polite.
Breakfasts are poor, small choice of vegetables, one sort of cheese one sort of ham and one sort of sausages. Eggs would be great.
There is no parking space, but there is another hotel 200 m away (Thermal) with 10€ parking price for night.
In the end it worth the price!
