★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was pleasant, breakfast pretty good and spa avarage, but what happened to the check out completely ruined our experience. In the voucher was included a bottle of Sekt. This bottle was not in the room, neither in the spa. After the spa I asked about the bottle that was given to me. When checking out I found out two bottles were charged. I tryed to explain we never received the first one, But we were asked to pay. Fortunately, we did not open the bottle, so we returned it, but in the end part of the voucher was not full filed in that way. I understand mistakes can occur, but being accused of lying for me is unacceptable. Such a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like the old architecture,you will love it, cozy bed and clean room and special small garden, it also takes 10 minutes walk to old town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute hotel, good breakfast buffet however not many vegan options, the private sauna and hot tub experience they offer is well worth it and I highly recommend calling in advance to book the spa so you'll have a time slot for sure

On booking it's called wellness hotel.It isn't wellness(a small jacuzzi and sauna for which u have to pay...) And it isn't a hotel.It is a small motel or some pension.
It is a good cheap place to stay 1 night and visit center Liberec.nothing more.
It deserves probably 3 stars max but I gave one star to level a little the HUGE overrated rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff, no english channels on TV. Big bed but 25cm between bed and wall. Bit tight. Small table, one chair, extra single bed. Good size bathroom. 5 minutes walk down to Forum (MyLiberec) shopping centre for food on Sunday night on level 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel in a relativly nice location. 4 stars is clearly too much. There is no lift and you have to drag your lugage to the second floor on narrow steep and curved stairs. Be warned! Breakfast ok but not more. There is a private parking available at no extra cost.
