Následne otvorili regál s nadmernou obuvou aj tu a tým, že sa tam super parkuje a sú tam aj iné obchody, začal som nakupovať aj tu. Majú tu skvelý sortiment veľkej obuvi, moderné a štýlové topánky. Prvýkrát v živote som si kúpil obuv, ktorá sa mi páči a nie takú, ktorá mi je len "dobrá". Minul som tu už cez 20 tisíc a hodlám v tom pokračovať. Prečo? Pretože majú ÚŽASNÝ zákaznický servis a reklamácie. Dnes som reklamoval obuv, ktorú som kúpil pred pol rokom. Šlo o zimné topánky Mustang, ktoré sa mi doslova rozpadli - odpadla päta, špička sa zodrala a to stáli 3 tisíc a mal som ich pol roka. Mohli sa vyhovárať, že som ich nosil každý deň, že ich zničil sneh a soľ na chodníkoch. Ale oni sa zachovali tak, že mi jednoducho vrátili peniaze bez slova, pretože nemali nový pár. Len tak ďalej! They have a great assortment of great shoes, modern and stylish shoes. For the first time in my life, I bought shoes that I like and not ones that are just "good". I have already passed over 20,000 here and I intend to continue. Why? Because they have AWESOME customer service and complaints. Today I complained about the shoes I bought half a year ago. These were Mustang winter boots, which literally fell apart - my heel fell off, my toe ripped off and it cost 3,000 and I had them for half a year. They could argue that I wore them every day, that they were destroyed by snow and salt on the sidewalks. But they behaved in such a way that they simply returned the money to me without a word, because they did not have a new couple. Keep up the good work!

To mám ty krabice s botama vézt přes celou Prahu metrem v ruce? Navíc ne vždy plánuji nákup bot dopředu a tudíž si nemohu vzít tašku z domova. I think it is an outrageous insolence that I buy 2 shoes for 4000 Kč and you charge me 7, - Kč (I do not know how exactly) for a bag. Do I have those shoe boxes to take the whole subway through Prague in my hand? Moreover, I do not always plan to buy shoes in advance and therefore I cannot take my bag from home.

Slevy jsou všechny nominální, cena za zboží ve "slevě" je ve skutečnosti tak o 400 Kč dražší než průměrná cena na internetu, nebo i v jiném obchodu. Impossibility to return unworn goods, small selection and all goods terribly overpriced. Discounts are all nominal, the price for goods in the "discount" is actually 400 CZK more expensive than the average price on the Internet or in another store.

Velmi příjemně jsme byl překvapen mladou paní/slečnou Bárou - skvělá ženská, slušná, milá, ochotná poradit nejen mě ale lidem okolo. Bára se mě věnovala s takovou péčí a ochotou jakou jsme dlouho v prodeji neviděl. Trochu jsme si připadal jak kdybych vybíral luxusní boty za desetitisíce. Skvělý přístup, dávám 5 hvězdiček. / PS: Je skvělé vidět v prodeji lidi, kteří nejsou otrávení, arogantní, zákazníka berou jako nutné zlo a věnují mu jen pár minut hlavně ať vybere a vypadne ke kase. I appreciate the approach to Arcady. The general staff will help, advise and be nice. We were very pleasantly surprised by the young lady / Miss Bára - a great woman, decent, nice, willing to advise not only me but the people around me. Bara took care of me with such care and willingness that we have not seen in sales for a long time. We kind of felt like I was choosing luxury shoes for tens of thousands. Great approach, I give 5 stars. / PS: It's great to see in sales people who are not poisoned, arrogant, take the customer as a necessary evil and spend only a few minutes on him, especially to choose and drop out to the cash register.

Když stoupnul a šel se projít v botech po OBCHODU, obvinila ho v krádeži .. Koupili jsme je online. Do prodejny nikomu neradím chodit. Výsledkem je zkažená nálada nekompetentním personálem. The worst staff I've ever experienced. The saleswoman went after her husband because he wanted to take a walk and try on shoes. When he got up and went for a walk in his shoes after the SHOP, she accused him of stealing. We bought them online. I don't advise anyone to go to the store. The result is a bad mood by incompetent staff.

Druhe po 4 mesici noseni se prodreli az na podrazku. Reklamace zamitnuta ze jsem mel reklamovat drive. Personal se jeste chova arogatne. Terrible experience, I bought two shoes. The first winter boots with a detached sole after 2 weeks. The complaint was successful. The second, after 4 months of wearing, they penetrated to the sole. Complaint rejected that I should have complained about the drive. The staff is still arrogant.
